Abstract: An image projection method for a virtual tour system is disclosed. The virtual tour system receives a panorama image derived from a panorama camera and comprises a local device. The local device comprises a display unit. The method comprises steps of: obtaining a distance factor according to coordinates of the panorama camera and a viewer in real world space; obtaining mapping coordinates of a viewpoint related to the viewer in unit sphere space according to the distance factor and the coordinates of the viewer in real world space; and, forming a view image to be displayed by the display unit according to the mapping coordinates of the viewpoint.

Abstract: A projection system and a control method of a driving current thereof are provided. A power supply of an illumination module provides the driving current to drive a light source to provide an illumination beam. A filter wheel receives the illumination beam and filtered beams are generated. The illumination beam passes through the filter wheel during a first period and a first filtered beam is generated. The illumination beam passes through the filter wheel during a second period and a second filtered beam is generated. The filtered beams include the first filtered beam, the second filtered beam, and an intermediate filtered beam generated during an intermediate period between the first and second periods. A control device controls the power supply to continuously provide the driving current from the first period, through the intermediate period, to the second period.

Abstract: Improved corners for overhead frames having primary and secondary fasteners that are located within the distal rectangular periphery of alpha oriented overhead frame components so that the width of bundled overhead frames is reduced; protrusions leading to snagging are eliminated; obstructions to the preferred, industry-wide, disassembled frame orientation are precluded; and frame components may be rigidly bundled into the alpha orientation without the wasteful and time-consuming use of temporary materials.

Abstract: The present application relates to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for deterring video piracy. In aspects, a light source generates an infrared (IR) light spectrum that is projected onto a surface, such as a movie theatre screen. The IR light spectrum may form an watermark that is invisible to members of the audience that are viewing video content projected onto the surface, but that obfuscates at least a portion of video content captured by video recording device that is being used to capture a recording of the video content projected onto the surface. In aspects, a frequency of the IR light spectrum emitted by the light source may be periodically modified to make it more difficult to filter out the watermark.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are materials and methods used to form a three dimensional (3D) article having a printed layer thereon. The 3D articles are capable of displaying rear projected images, effectively as a 3D “screen” for displaying an image or a movie. The 3D articles are used as standalone articles or as a portion of an animatronic figure. The articles are made by forming a substantially planar thermoformable laminate including a rear projection screen material, printing and curing a radiation curable ink onto one or both sides of the laminate, and thermoforming to impart a shape to the laminate.
