摘要: A three-dimensional (3-D) projection system includes a projector configured to output a projection of light to simulate a 3-D object, an opaque surface configured to receive the projection of light to simulate a portion of the 3-D object on the opaque surface, and a translucent scrim disposed at a boundary of the opaque surface and configured to receive the projection of light to simulate an extension of the 3-D object away from and beyond the boundary of the opaque surface.

摘要: An information display system having acute-angled diffusion characteristics configured to display an image to inside or outside of a space via a transparent projected member, the information display system including an image projection apparatus, a transparent sheet provided on an inner surface of a display region set on a part of the projected member; and a light direction changing unit that directs a direction of image light toward the transparent sheet of the display region, the image projection apparatus including an image light characteristic converting unit, and an image light control film that restricts an emission direction of the image light being provided on an upper surface of the image projection apparatus, so that the image light is not directly delivered to an observer and the image light reflected by the transparent sheet is recognized by the observer.

The control assembly is connected to the reel and is configured to control the reel to rotate. The reel is further connected to the screen and is configured to drive the screen to move when rotating. The control assembly is further connected to the projection display structure, and the control assembly is further configured to control the projection display structure to project the optical image with content in the image to be displayed onto an unfolded portion of the screen.

摘要: The disclosed subject matter relates to a method of projecting an image by means of a light source emitting light pulses and an oscillating micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) mirror deflecting the emitted light pulses, comprising: providing a matrix of durations for each pixel, and incrementing or decrementing a pixel index whenever a respective duration indexed by the respective pixel indices in the playout matrix has lapsed; for each light pulse: retrieving the respective intensity and durations indexed by the current pixel indices, calculating an interval from at least one of said durations, emitting said light pulse with said retrieved intensity, and waiting said calculated interval before emitting the next light pulse. The disclosed subject matter further relates to a projector carrying out said method.

摘要: The disclosure provides a projection system and a projection method. The projection system includes a screen, a projector, a first posture sensor and a correction controller. The projector projects a display image onto the screen. The first posture sensor is disposed on the screen and configured to measure first angle information of the screen, and the first posture sensor extends along a first direction, and the first direction is parallel to a normal direction of the screen. The correction controller is connected to the projector. The correction controller determines whether to adjust the display image of the projector according to the first angle information. The disclosure further provides a projection method using the projection system. The projection system and projection method of the disclosure have lower hardware requirements and shorter correction processing time.

摘要: Light emitting displays can be used in cinemas for cinema presentations that integrate a sound system to achieve immersive conditions in cinema theatres. The cinema screen can include a matrix of light emitters and a diffuser sheet. The matrix of light emitters is configured to form a light-emitting area of the cinema screen. The diffuser sheet includes one or more perforations, and can be positioned between the matrix of light emitters and an audience area in the theatre. The diffuser sheet is positioned with respect to the matrix of light emitters such that the one or more perforations are configured to prevent light outputted by the light emitters from being viewable in the audience area.
