    摘要: A printing sheet is formed of a base material film, a toner fixing layer formed on one principal surface of the base material film, a planarization layer formed on the other principal surface of the base material film, an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the planarization layer, and a peeling film stuck on the surface of the adhesive layer. The base material film has a laminated structure composed of a white foamed PET film layer on the toner fixing layer side and a transparent non-foamed PET film layer on the adhesive layer side, and the strength of the printing sheet is improved by the combined use of the non-foamed PET film. The planarization layer is formed of a colored ink layer, e.g. white ink layer, and increases the bonding area of the adhesive layer with the base material film side, thereby achieving smooth peeling from an adherend.

The process may comprise providing a flexible print substrate comprising a primer on a surface of the print substrate, the primer comprising a primer resin; printing an ink composition comprising a thermoplastic resin onto the primer on the surface of the print substrate; and depositing a cross-linking composition comprising a cross-linker onto the printed ink composition disposed on the primer such that the thermoplastic resin of the ink composition is crosslinked and the primer resin of the primer is crosslinked.

The resulting printed web or sheet may have a dry, tack-free semi-interpenetrating polymer network layer adjacent the printed image.

A polyester film has a base film and at least one image receiving layer which is disposed on at least one surface of the base film, the base film contains a polyester and titanium oxide particles, the mass-based content of the titanium oxide particles in the base film satisfies Formula 1 on the assumption that the thickness of the base film is T μm, a surface roughness standard deviation Rq is 0.01 μm to 0.12 μm, a cross section in a thickness direction orthogonal to a plane direction of the base film has voids whose average area per void is 0.01 μm2/void to 0.10 μm2/void, and a surface roughness standard deviation Rq of an outermost surface of the image receiving layer is 0.01 μm to 0.1 μm.
