Abstract: A system for monitoring potential failure in a machine or a component thereof, the system including: at least one optical sensor configured to be fixed on or in vicinity of the machine or the component thereof, at least one processor in communication with the sensor, the processor being executable to: receive signals from the at least one optical sensor, obtain data associated with characteristics of at least one mode of failure of the machine or the component thereof, identify at least one change in the received signals, for an identified change in the received signals, apply the at least one identified change to an algorithm configured to analyze the identified change in the received signals and to classify whether the identified change in the received signals is associated with a mode of failure of the machine or the component thereof, thereby labeling the identified change as a fault, based, at least in part, on the obtained data, and for an identified change is classified as being associated with a mode of failure, outputting a signal indicative of the identified change associated with the mode of failure.

Abstract: A method for training a diagnostic model for diagnosing a production system, wherein the production system includes a plurality of sub-systems. The diagnostic model includes, for each sub-system, a corresponding first learning model arranged to receive input data, and to generate compressed data for the production system in a corresponding compressed latent space. A second learning model is arranged to receive the compressed data generated by the first learning models, and generate further compressed data for the production system in a further compressed latent space. The method includes performing training of the first and second learning models based on training data derived from sensor data characterizing the sub-systems.

Abstract: There is provided a method of monitoring operational characteristics of an industrial gas plant complex comprising a plurality of industrial gas plants. The method being executed by at least one hardware processor and comprising: assigning a machine learning model to each of the industrial gas plants forming the industrial gas plant complex; training the respective machine learning model for each industrial gas plant based on received historical time-dependent operational characteristic data for the respective industrial gas plant; executing the trained machine learning model for each industrial gas plant to predict operational characteristics for each respective industrial gas plant for a pre-determined future time period; and comparing predicted operational characteristic data for each respective industrial gas plant for a pre-determined future time period with measured operational characteristic data for the corresponding time period to identify deviations in industrial gas plant performance.

Abstract: An information translation device, information translation method, and an information translation system based on Modbus are provided. The client module of the information translation device receives an information model file including identity information, receives a sensor signal corresponding to first identity information and Modbus data including memory addresses of Modbus protocol, determines a first memory address corresponding to the sensor signal according to sensed values of the sensor signal and values corresponding to each of the memory addresses and builds a memory address mapping table including the first memory address and the first identity information, and receives a first value of the first memory address and searches the first identity information corresponding to the first memory address according to the memory address mapping table. The server module of the information translation device receives the first value and the first identity information and transmits to an OPC UA device.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for maintaining an air conditioning system. A system can include one or more sensors positioned inside of the air conditioning system configured to transmit current sensor data to a remote location. A data repository contains historic sensor data and corresponding air conditioning system status data. A neural network is trained using the historic sensor data and the corresponding air conditioning system status data to predict a future air conditioning system status based on the transmitted current sensor data. A server computer system is configured to predict the future air conditioning system status based on the current sensor data using the neural network, and a graphical user interface is configured to display the predicted future air conditioning system status to a remote client. The current sensor data is stored in the data repository and the neural network is further trained based on the current sensor data.
