    摘要: A garage door threshold warmer is provided. The garage door threshold warmer includes an electric heating element positioned within a seal that is securable at the lower end of a garage door. The heating element is designed to prevent the seal from freezing to the garage floor in cold climates, thus minimizing damage to the garage door and maintaining an effective seal against snow entry. The heating element is in electronic communication with a power source via a wire system that includes mating first and second connectors for ease of disconnection and reconnection as the garage door moves between an open and closed position, respectively. This automatic disconnection and reconnection mechanism engages as the garage door opens and closes to ensure that the heating element is only activated when the door is closed.

The power out contact comprises first and second parts connected by a leg portion. In a first position, the piston contacts the first part of the power out contact. In a third position, the piston contacts the second part and makes electrical contact with the earthing contact. The piston is configured to move along an axis of the three-position disconnector switch to transition the three-position disconnector switch between the different switch positions.

    摘要: An electromechanical switch includes first and second stationary contacts and a movable contact. Each of the first and second stationary contacts has a respective protrusion at a mating end thereof. The movable contact defines a first depression and a second depression along a mating side thereof. The movable contact is reciprocally movable into and out of a closed position relative to the first and second stationary contacts. In the closed position, the mating side of the movable contact engages the mating ends of the first and second stationary contacts such that the protrusion of the first stationary contact projects into the first depression and the protrusion of the second stationary contact projects into the second depression.

    摘要: An electrical assembly adapted for switching power to a circuit having a power source. The electrical assembly includes a housing with current carrying contacts disposed in the housing. The current carrying contacts have engagement ends with non-linear surfaces. A coupling member is provided in the housing. The coupling member has mating portions for engaging the non-linear surfaces of the current carrying contacts. The mating portions have grooves provided thereon which extend from top surfaces of the mating portions toward bottom surfaces of the mating portions. As the electrical assembly is moved to a closed position, the grooves of the mating portions of the coupling member are moved into engagement with the non-linear surfaces of the contacts, resulting in multiple contact points being provided between the non-linear surfaces of each respective contact of the current carrying contacts and edges each respective groove of the groove of the mating portions.

    The number of primary actuators includes a first actuator with a body. The first actuator body is structured to move over a path having at least a first portion and a second portion. The rotary solenoid is operatively coupled to the linkage assembly. The linkage assembly is further operatively coupled to an operating mechanism crossbar. In this configuration, the linkage assembly is structured to apply at least a first bias and a second bias to the first actuator body. Further, the first bias is noticeably different from said second bias.
