摘要: A button includes a substrate, a frame body, an optical pressure board assembly and an optical trigger switch. The substrate includes a physical key and a light emitting assembly. The frame body mounted on the substrate accommodates the physical key and the light emitting assembly. A side of the frame body away from the substrate includes an opening. The optical pressure board assembly is slidably arranged in the frame body and covers the physical key and the light emitting assembly. The optical pressure board assembly is adapted to moving in an operating direction towards the substrate to contact the physical key, so the physical key generates a first manipulation signal. The optical pressure board assembly is further adapted to converting a light beam into a three-dimensional optical image. The optical trigger switch is mounted on an outer side of the frame body and adapted to generating a second manipulation signal.

摘要: A pressure-activated membrane switch and methods of use are provided. The pressure-activated membrane switch includes an electrically-conductive membrane, and a compliant conductive material having an electrically-conductive inner surface, wherein contact between the electrically-conductive membrane and the electrically-conductive inner surface of the compliant material is configured to cause an electrical circuit, of which the switch is a part, to close. The pressure-activated membrane switch further includes a plurality of spacers dispersed between the electrically-conductive membrane and the compliant conductive material. The plurality of spacers form one or more gaps between the electrically-conductive membrane and the compliant conductive material, and, with an application of pressure against the compliant conductive material, the compliant conductive material is configured to deform between the one or more gaps to contact the electrically-conductive membrane.

摘要: A lighting keyboard includes a backlight module and at least one keyswitch. The backlight module includes a lighting unit, a light guide panel, and a lighting board for illuminating a keycap of the keyswitch. The light guide panel includes a panel hole to accommodate the lighting unit. The light guide panel further includes plural slots intervally surrounding the lighting unit. The lighting board includes a micro-structure region facing toward the light guide panel. Each of the slots of the light guide panel has a bulge portion protruding to the lighting unit. At two sides of the bulge portion, each of the slots forms two slots walls with an obtuse angle, thereby expanding the transmitting angle for the multi-color lights from the lighting unit and enhancing the light-mixing uniformity while illuminating the keycap.

摘要: A backlight module configured to illuminate at least one key cap of a lighting keyboard. The backlight module comprises a lighting board, a light emitting unit and a light guide plate. The lighting board has a first reflective layer, a lighting circuit and two aligned micro-structure regions, all three at least partially being layered in parallel with each other. The two micro-structure regions reflect lights and are separated by the lighting circuit. The light emitting unit includes plural color dies connecting electrically with the lighting circuit. The light guide plate has a light guide hole for accommodating the light emitting unit. The color dies of the light emitting unit are aligned linearly, while the two micro-structure regions of the lighting board are aligned in perpendicular to the linearly-aligned color dies, with the micro-structure regions disposed at opposite sides the light emitting unit.
