    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes an electromagnet unit, an armature supported so as to be pivotable relative to a yoke by a hinge spring, a contact including a first contact and a second contact, which can switch, in accordance with pivoting of the armature, between a closed contact state and an open contact state, an elastic member which elastically deforms in accordance with pivoting of the armature, and applies a contact force between the first contact and the second contact in the closed contact state, and a magnet which generates an attractive force for retaining the armature in an open contact position corresponding to the open contact state, wherein the armature is retained in the open contact position by a resultant force of a restoring force applied to the armature by the hinge springe, and the attractive force of the magnet.

    摘要: Coil bobbins for balanced armature receivers are disclosed. The balanced armature receiver bobbin includes a coil support member, at least two flanges, and a shoulder. The coil support member has an armature passage extending between a first end and a second end thereof. The flanges extending radially from the coil support member such that the first flange extends from the coil support member proximate the first end and the second flange extends from the coil support member proximate the second end. The shoulder extends from the first flange, with the first flange located between the shoulder and the coil support member. The shoulder has a plurality of conductive coil pads disposed on a bottom portion thereof.

A damping space is provided between the mobile component and the fixed component and changes in volume with the movement of the mobile component. A gap provided between the mobile component and the fixed component serves as a passage that allows gas to flow into or out of the damping space when the damping space changes in volume. A size of the gap is set such that a pressure is generated in the damping space to cause a damping force acting on the mobile component when the damping space changes in volume.

    摘要: An alternating current contactor comprises a base and a magnetic yoke. The magnetic yoke is mounted on a bottom plate of the base. A magnetic yoke support for supporting and buffering the magnetic yoke is respectively provided at two sides of the magnetic yoke, wherein sidewalls at two sides of each magnetic yoke support, which are connected with the magnetic yoke are different in thickness. The magnetic yoke support of the alternating current contactor of the utility model has a simple structure due to the arrangement of an asymmetric eccentric structure. The up-down position of the magnetic yoke relative to the bottom plate of the base can be adjusted by changing an assembly direction of the magnetic yoke supports, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the total stroke of the product with high flexibility. When a dimension of a housing of a plastic part is abnormal, the magnetic yoke has a certain adjustment amount to ensure that the integral assembly of the product can be completed and the efficiency and reliability can be improved.
