The contact device includes a first fixed terminal, a second fixed terminal, and a movable contact piece. The movable member presses the movable contact piece. The driving device is disposed on one side of a first direction with respect to the contact device and the movable member and moves the movable contact piece via the movable member to one side of a second direction intersecting the first direction. The return spring is disposed between the movable member and the driving device in the first direction for urging the movable member toward another side of the second direction. The insulating member separates the contact device from the driving device and has an opening where the return spring is inserted. The opening is open toward one side of the first direction.

    摘要: An electromagnetic relay includes a base, a casing, a coil, a movable contact piece and two fixed contact pieces. Each of the fixed contact pieces includes a plate-shaped base. A portion of one side of the plate-shaped base extends outward and is bent to form a fixed contact fixing part. The fixed contacts are arranged on the fixed contact fixing part, and an abdicating through hole is defined in the base. The plate-shaped bases of the fixed contact pieces are respectively connected to an outer side surface of the base and spaced from each other.     摘要: A method for determining contact thickness change in a contactor includes sensing a first displacement distance moved by an armature of the contactor from a reference location to a first transition point during a switch-off operation of the contactor at a first contactor life reference time when movable contacts and fixed contacts of the contactor define a first contact thickness. The method further includes sensing a second displacement distance moved by the armature from the reference location to a second transition point during a switch-off operation at a second contactor life reference time that is after the first contactor life reference time when the movable and fixed contacts define a second contact thickness that is less than the first contact thickness. The first displacement distance and the second displacement distance are used to determine a contact thickness change between the first contact thickness and the second contact thickness. A contactor adapted to implement the method is also disclosed.
