摘要: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a lamp manipulation tool (LMT) having a bellows engaged within a container and fluidly connected to a vacuum source disposed in the container, the vacuum source being configured to apply a suction such that the bellows is releasably coupled to a lamp when the lamp occludes an aperture of the bellows. In an illustrative example, the bellows may have a first aperture into the bellows and a second aperture within the bellows. The first aperture may, for example, be larger than the second aperture. The vacuum source may, for example, be operated by a remote switch. The container may, for example, be coupled to a handle. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a single LMT that allows a user to manipulate a variety of lamps beyond the user's normal reach.

摘要: The present invention relates to a plasma focus ring and a method of manufacturing the plasma focus ring for a semiconductor etching apparatus, which can improve processability, extend lifespan, and reduce replacement cost by manufacturing a plurality of divided components of the plasma focus ring and combining the components. The method includes the steps of: processing a plurality of raw materials to form an upper plasma focus ring and a lower plasma focus ring; processing a workpiece which forms the upper plasma focus ring by using a processing machine, and processing a workpiece which forms the lower plasma focus ring by using the processing machine; and detachably coupling the processed upper plasma focus ring and lower plasma focus ring to each other.

A structure database stores structure data corresponding to a structure, the structure data including coordinate data corresponding to three-dimensional coordinates of a location that facilitates an unobstructed view of a plurality of exterior lights of the structure, the structure data further including schematic data that indicates positions on the structure of the plurality of exterior lights. A flight control system controls a position of the AAV, based on the coordinate data, to the location that facilitates the unobstructed view of the plurality of exterior lights of the structure. A camera captures image data corresponding to the unobstructed view of the plurality of exterior lights of the structure. A processor controls the AAV to perform a lighting inspection procedure and/or a lightbulb replacement process.

摘要: A device for installing and removing lightbulbs comprises a removable gripping element including fingers configured for gripping a lightbulb, a telescopic cylinder coupled to the gripping element, wherein the telescopic cylinder is adjustable to different lengths, and a base housing, comprising: an electric motor located within the housing, a battery, a coupler for coupling the motor to the telescopic cylinder, the coupler comprising a tubular element, wherein the rotating shaft of the electric motor is inserted into an orifice in the first end, and wherein the second end is inserted into the proximal end of the telescopic cylinder, a cylindrical element that surrounds at least a portion of the tubular element, and at least one flange that connects the cylindrical element to the tubular element. The base housing also includes a switch on an exterior surface, the switch for activating power to the electric motor, wherein upon activation of power to the electric motor, the electric motor rotates the shaft, resulting in rotation of the coupler, the telescopic cylinder and the gripping element, thereby rotating a lightbulb to which the gripping element is attached.
