摘要: A button cell includes a housing, the housing having a cell cup with a flat bottom area, and a cell top with a flat top area, and further includes an electrode-separator assembly winding disposed within the housing, the electrode-separator assembly winding including a multi-layer assembly that is wound in a spiral shape about an axis. The multi-layer assembly includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a separator disposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The button cell additionally includes a first output conductor between a first end face of the electrode-separator assembly winding and a first of the flat bottom area or the flat top area, and a second output conductor between a second end face of the electrode-separator assembly winding and a second of the flat bottom area or the flat top area. Furthermore, the button cell includes a first insulator and a second insulator.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a battery pack and a vehicle. The battery pack comprises a battery module, a box assembly and a first adhesive member. The battery module comprises first batteries arranged sequentially in a horizontal direction. The first battery comprises an electrode assembly and a case, and the electrode assembly is received in the case. The electrode assembly comprises a first electrode plate, a second electrode plate and a separator. The box assembly has a connection portion, and the connection portion is positioned at a side of the battery module in the vertical direction. An outer surface of the case comprises a first surface, and the first surface is connected with the connection portion via the first adhesive member. An area A of the first surface and an elastic modulus B of the first adhesive member satisfy a relationship: 0.02 cm2/MPa≤A/B≤9 cm2/MPa.

摘要: A manufacturing method of a battery structure is provided. A packing is provided, wherein the packing pre-forms an accommodating space. A first battery unit is disposed into the accommodating space, wherein the first battery unit includes at least one anode and at least one cathode alternately stacked with each other and a dielectric layer located between the anode and the cathode. A separation membrane is disposed into the accommodating space and located on the first battery unit. A second battery unit is stacked onto the separation membrane, located in the accommodating space and includes at least one anode and at least one cathode alternately stacked with each other and a dielectric layer located between the anode and the cathode. A dimension of the first battery unit is smaller than a dimension of the second battery unit. Electrolytes is injected into the accommodating space. The packing is sealed.

摘要: In accordance with the present invention, deposition of LiCoO2 layers in a pulsed-dc physical vapor deposition process is presented. Such a deposition can provide a low-temperature, high deposition rate deposition of a crystalline layer of LiCoO2 with a desired or orientation. Some embodiments of the deposition address the need for high rate deposition of LiCoO2 films, which can be utilized as the cathode layer in a solid state rechargeable Li battery, Embodiments of the process according to the present invention can eliminate the high temperature (>700° C.) anneal step that is conventionally needed to crystallize the LiCoO2 layer.
