摘要: Disclosed herein are embodiments of low temperature co-fireable dielectric materials which can be used in conjunction with high dielectric materials to form composite structures, in particular for isolators and circulators for radiofrequency components. Embodiments of the low temperature co-fireable dielectric materials can be scheelite or garnet structures, for example barium tungstate. Adhesives and/or glue is not necessary for the formation of the isolators and circulators.

摘要: An isolator, circuit, and isolation method are disclosed. An illustrative capacitive isolator is disclosed to include an input side that receives an electrical input signal, an output side that outputs an electrical output signal, and an isolation barrier that electrically isolates the input side from the output side. The input side is further disclosed to include an array of input capacitors, where each capacitor in the array of input capacitors receives an input pulse based on the electrical input signal, where each capacitor in the array of input capacitors receives the input pulse offset from input pulses received at others of the capacitors in the array of input capacitors thereby extending a pulse duration of the electrical input signal.

摘要: A method of forming a composite material for use as an isolator or circulator in a radiofrequency device comprises providing a low temperature fireable outer material, the low fireable outer material having a garnet or scheelite structure, inserting a high dielectric constant inner material having a dielectric constant above 30 within an aperture in the low temperature fireable outer material, and co-firing the lower temperature fireable outer material and the high dielectric constant inner material together at temperature between 650-900° C. to shrink the low temperature fireable outer material around an outer surface of the high dielectric constant inner material to form an integrated magnetic/dielectric assembly without the use of adhesive or glue.

摘要: The present invention discloses a low-field assembled isolator, which includes a rectangular body, wherein the body includes an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are connected in a stacked manner; gaps are formed in four side surfaces of the body through the joint surfaces of the upper cavity and the lower cavity respectively; and the isolator further includes a U-shaped magnetic circuit cover plate and two L-shaped magnetic circuit baffles; and the two L-shaped magnetic circuit baffles are respectively disposed at two corners, away from the vertical plate, of the body so as to seal the joint between two adjacent gaps. The gaps at the joint of the upper cavity and the lower cavity are effectively and fully sealed, thereby effectively preventing signal leakage and improving the performance of the low-field assembled isolator.
