    摘要: A fixing device is used to fix a cable to a substrate. The cable has a first conductor and a second conductor. The substrate has a first substrate fixing portion and a second substrate fixing portion which corresponding to the first conductor and the second conductor, respectively. The fixing device has a first electrode portion, a second electrode portion and a coupling portion which connects the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion to each other. The first electrode portion has a first connection portion to be connected to the first conductor and a first fixing portion to be connected to the first substrate fixing portion. The second electrode portion has a second connection portion to be connected to the second conductor and a second fixing portion to be connected to the second substrate fixing portion.

    摘要: Provided is a wire connector including a first cover and a second cover that exhibit electrically insulating property. In the assembled state, the first cover and the second cover surround an internal space and define a plurality of ports through which the wire is inserted. Further, the wire connector also includes a seal accommodated in the internal space. In the assembled state, the seal closes the gap between the first cover and the second cover, and closes all ports whether there are wires passing through the ports or not, thus isolates the internal space from the exterior by the sealing of the seal. In this way, in an assembled state of the first cover and the second cover, the wire connector has a good sealing effect. Further provided is an operation method of the wire connector.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a reusable mains-power electrical connector. The connector includes a connector body for receiving cables and fasteners. One or more protectors are located within the body to protect the received cables when the fasteners engage with the protectors to fasten the cables within the body.     摘要: An electric connector terminal assembly which allows numerous different terminal connector ends and wire diameters to be connected to a single size and type crimp cylinder using an rolled metal strip insert. Preferably, the metal strip is made of copper, and preferably the copper strip is coated with tin. The metal strip is then formed into a cylinder for insertion to the crimp cylinder. A method for connecting a crimp terminal to an electric wire is also disclosed. The method requires cutting a metal strip to form a plurality of parallel compliant members (e.g., fingers) connected to a base, rolling the cut strip to form a cylindrical insert, positioning the insert within a crimp cylinder of an electric connector with the fingers extending toward the mating end, inserting an electric wire within the cylindrical insert, and crimping the crimp cylinder to secure the electric wire within the cylindrical insert and crimp cylinder.
