摘要: Disclosed are an electrostatic protection circuit, a display substrate and a display apparatus. The electrostatic protection circuit includes: a plurality of first transistors (11) on a base substrate, each of which includes a gate, an active layer (112), a first electrode (113), a second electrode (114) and a connection part (115). Gates of the first transistors (11) are connected to each other to form a control line (12). The first electrode (113) of each first transistor (11) is electrically connected to a panel crack detect line (PL), the connection part (115) is connected between the first electrode (113) and the second electrode (114), and the active layer (112) and the gate of each first transistor (11) are arranged in an overlapping manner and insulated and separated from each other to form a first capacitor. The control line (12) is electrically connected to a first power supply line (VSS).

Each breaker that is arranged to limit a second output current flow from the node and into a respective arm. A breaker is arranged to open in response to a fault occurring within the respective arm, while the other breakers remain closed.

The plurality of electrodes and the plurality of varistors can be electrically coupled to each other and arranged in an alternating fashion.

The turn-on threshold represents a highest voltage of the main terminal during turn-on. The first current threshold represents a highest voltage of the main terminal during turn-off.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an over-voltage protection method, an over-voltage protection device and a display device. When the voltage value of the output signal is greater than the first preset voltage threshold, it is determined whether the voltage value of the output signal meets the preset over-voltage protection condition. If the voltage value of the output signal is detected to meet the preset over-voltage protection condition, the first control signal is output to stop output of the output signal or lower the voltage value of the output signal.
