    Abstract: A filter component is adapted to an electrical system having first and second electric apparatuses. The filter component has a resistive element and first, second, third and fourth windings. The first electric apparatus has a power terminal being a first power terminal and another power terminal being a second power terminal. The second electric apparatus has a power terminal being a third power terminal and another power terminal being a fourth power terminal. The first and second windings are connected in series, and the third and fourth windings are connected in series. The first and third windings form a common-mode inductor suppressing a common-mode noise current. The first to fourth windings form a differential-mode inductor suppressing a differential-mode noise current. The resistive element is connected in parallel across at least one of the first to fourth windings.

    Abstract: An electric motor has a shaft, a stator with windings, and a rotor surrounding the stator and having a back-iron ring. Permanent magnets are arranged on an inner side of the back-iron ring, and a carrier connects the back-iron ring to the shaft. A housing encloses the rotor and the stator and has an opening through which the shaft projects. The carrier has several circulation openings and several flow guide ribs for air circulation in one end face.

    Abstract: An electric machine may include a rotor rotatable about a motor axial direction, a stator including a laminated core with axially successive laminations, a carrier to which the stator is fixed, and at least two pins disposed spaced apart in a motor circumferential direction. The pins may be fixed to the carrier. The laminated core may include, for a respective pin, an associated guide through which the respective pin passes. The associated guide may have an associated lamination opening in at least a part of the laminations. The respective pin may be in contact with at least some of the laminations in an axial contact section. In the contact section, at least some of the lamination openings may have at least one tooth projecting radially inwardly. A respective tooth may extend circumferentially over a tooth segment such that an adjoining gap segment is free of teeth.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and/or the like are provided. According to various embodiments, an energy reuse system is provided including a frame; a motor driven roller (MDR) disposed on or within the frame and configured to generate kinetic energy and drive one or more idler rollers; a dynamo configured to transform kinetic energy into electrical energy; a coupling device configured to operably connect the MDR to the dynamo and thereby transform the kinetic energy generated by the MDR into electrical energy; and a battery configured to store the electrical energy. In some embodiments, the coupling device includes a silicon gear ring. In some embodiments, the system includes an MDR bed disposed on or within the frame, and the MDR and the one or more idler rollers are disposed within the MDR bed.

    Abstract: A movable body of an actuator includes a first yoke to which a first magnet facing a coil from a Z1 direction is fixed, and a second yoke to which a second magnet facing the coil from a Z2 direction is fixed. The portion of the first yoke to which the first magnet is fixed consists of two members: a first inner member and a first outer member. The portion of the second yoke to which the second magnet is fixed consists of two members: a second inner member and a second outer member.     Abstract: Methods for repairing electric machines, such as wind generators, and stators implemented thereof. One method includes replacing a first stator core with a second stator core, wherein the second stator core has fewer stator slots than the first stator core, and wherein the stator slots are configured to receive coil windings. The method includes increasing a number of coil turns forming each coil winding from a first value to a second value, wherein the first value is associated with the first stator core and the second value is associated with the second stator core. The electric machine with the second stator core has rated power output at least as high as the electric machine with the first stator core.

    Abstract: A motor controller includes a housing, a power circuit board, and a control circuit board. The housing includes a first mounting platform, a second mounting platform, and a side wall. There is a height difference between the first mounting platform and the second mounting platform. The first mounting platform is disposed on an upper part of the side wall, and the second mounting platform is disposed on a middle part of the side wall. The second mounting platform is disposed on one side of the first mounting platform. The first mounting platform and the side wall form an upper chamber, and the control circuit board and the power circuit board are disposed in the upper chamber. The control circuit board is closer to the first mounting platform than the power circuit board. The second mounting platform and the side wall form a lower chamber communicating with the upper chamber.
