    摘要: A stator assembly including a frame structure having a stator teeth being circumferentially distributed around a longitudinal axis, wherein in between respective two neighboring stator teeth there is formed one stator slot; a winding system having a plurality of electric windings, wherein respectively one electric winding is wound around at least one stator tooth and is partially accommodated within two stator slots and each electric winding comprises an end winding portion which axially protrudes from the frame structure; and an insulation arrangement having a plurality of electric insulation devices, each insulation device surrounding a part of one electric winding is provided. Each insulation device includes an inner insulation portion being accommodated within the respective stator slot and an outer insulation portion protruding from the frame structure and surrounding a part of the respective end winding portion. The outer insulation portion includes an outer surface which includes elevated surface portions.

    摘要: A stator pole for a stator of a transverse flux machine is provided. The stator includes a stator winding arranged in a winding space, and the winding space being formed circumferentially in a circumferential direction in relation to an axis of rotation of a rotor. The stator pole has a body element made of a ferromagnetic material, which has at least one pole head which, in the installation position, may be arranged opposite the one rotor, and a magnetic return path region, which may be arranged facing away from the one rotor, wherein a number of the pole heads of the stator pole correspond to a number of the rotors. The stator pole is configured to occupy only a portion of a circumference of the winding space in the circumferential direction, and the magnetic return path region has a curved shape which adjoins the at least one pole head, as a result of which the magnetic return path region is designed to define the winding space in part transversely to the circumferential direction.

    摘要: An electric motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a housing. A slot in a stator core of the stator includes a coil housing and a slot opening that opens the coil housing radially inward. A coil includes a coil end that protrudes in an axial direction from an axial end surface of the stator core. A plastic portion that is integral with the stator core includes a blocking portion that extends in the axial direction so as to block the slot opening, and a cylindrical wall that is coupled with the blocking portion. The cylindrical wall protrudes in the axial direction from the axial end surface of the stator core. The housing defines a coil end cooling channel in which a cooling liquid flows to cool the coil end, at a location radially outward from the cylindrical wall.

    摘要: An electric machine, which may operate as an electric motor or generator, that address performance and manufacturing shortcomings in various motor design approaches particularly transverse flux, axial and radial flux motors with higher torque, higher RPM, and lower core losses and lower cogging. An exemplary electric machine incorporates shape monolithic components such as the armature teeth or connector ring, armature ring, concentrator teeth or concentrator ring formed by Soft metal Composite (SMC). Magnets may be configured between the concentrator teeth to form a magnet ring having a plurality of magnetic poles. The armature flux paths may be shared between phases. The air gaps may be axial and extend between armature teeth and concentrator teeth and the magnetic poles configured between the concentrator teeth. The armature, concentrator teeth and magnetic poles may extend radially and alternate along the axial axis of the electric machine, producing axial and/or radial airgaps.

    摘要: A stator structure is provided and includes a plurality of first lamination layers, a plurality of second lamination layers, two third lamination layers and two oil spraying rings. The second lamination layers are sandwiched in between the first lamination layers. The second lamination layer located in the middle of the stator structure is sandwiched in between the two third lamination layers. The two oil spraying rings are connected to two first lamination layers located at outermost sides. Another stator structure is provided and includes a plurality of first lamination layers, a second lamination layer and two oil spraying rings. The second lamination layer is sandwiched in between two first lamination layers. The two oil spraying rings are connected to two first lamination layers located at outermost sides. By means of the arrangement of the aforesaid stator structure, the invention can effectively improve heat dissipating effect for oil cooling.

A stator of a rotating electrical machine includes: a stator core being provided with teeth and slots on a cylindrical inner side surface of the stator core; a plurality of winding wires being each arranged inside each of the slots; and slot liners being each arranged respectively between an inner wall of each of the slots and each of the plurality of winding wires, each of the slot liners has a sheet-like first insulating substrate, a second insulating material layer being disposed on at least one surface of each of the slot liners, and an adhesive layer which expands between the first insulating substrate and the second insulating material layer by processing, the second insulating material layer is provided with a through-hole which communicates a side of the first insulating substrate with the inner wall of each of the slots, and each of the slot liners is disposed inside each of the slots in such a way that the second insulating material layer is provided on a side closer to the inner wall of each of the slots than the first insulating substrate.
