摘要: An electric motor and a compressor having an electric motor are disclosed herein. The electric motor may include a stator having a stator core and a stator coil, and a rotor provided with a rotational shaft and rotatably disposed with respect to the stator. The stator coil may include a main winding and an auxiliary winding connected to each other with a phase difference. The main winding may be divided into a plurality of main windings so as to be connected to each other and disconnected from each other, and the stator coil may further include a winding changeover switch configured to provide connection and disconnection between the plurality of main windings. Such a configuration may allow operating efficiency at a low load to be increased.

摘要: A rotor for a bearingless induction motor is provided. A rotor core defines rotor slots. A rotor winding includes a common connector plate, a plurality of rotor connector plates, and a slot conductor mounted within each rotor slot. The common connector plate is mounted adjacent a first end of the rotor core. The plurality of rotor connector plates is mounted adjacent a second end of the rotor core. Each slot conductor is electrically connected to the common connector plate and to one rotor connector plate of the plurality of rotor connector plates. 摘要: A dynamoelectric rotary machine includes a stator, which has a winding system arranged in grooves disposed between teeth of a magnetically conductive body and a winding head on the end faces of the stator in each case. A rotor with a cage ring is arranged rotatably about an axis and during operation of the dynamoelectric rotary machine is in electromagnetic interaction in a motor-driven or generator-driven manner with the winding system of the stator arranged in the grooves by way of an air gap. Comb-type elements are disposed on the end faces of the stator. The comb-type elements assume an extensive intermediate space between the winding system projecting from the end faces of the stator, so that tonal noises which are produced during operation of such an electric machine are at least reduced.

摘要: A squirrel-cage induction rotating electrical machine comprises: a solid rotor, a stator, and bearings. The solid rotor includes a shaft part, a columnar-shaped rotor core part integrally formed with the shaft part and having rotor slots formed therein, and a plurality of conductor bars passing through the respective rotor slots and coupled together at both axial ends outside the rotor core part. The stator includes a cylindrical stator core provided radially outside the rotor core part, and stator windings passing through a plurality of respective stator slots which are formed in the radially inner surface of the stator core. An outer wall and an inner wall of each rotor slot are tilted at a predetermined angle or more with respect to a plane including a rotation axis of the shaft part.

摘要: In a method for producing a squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine, conductor bars of a first conductive material are inserted into slots of a magnetically conductive body such as to project out of at least one end side to form a projection. A short-circuiting disc of a second conductive material is positioned under pressure on the projection with a clearance fit of approximately 0.1 mm relative to a radially outwardly open recess of the short-circuiting disc. The short-circuiting disc is heated while the conductor bars virtually contact the short-circuiting disc. At least the projection of the conductor bars is coated with a third material at a layer thickness to form an alloy with the first and second materials after heating so that the third material is fully dispersed in the first and second materials as a result of the third material being diffused into the first and second materials.
