摘要: In one embodiment, a switching frequency adjusting circuit includes an inverter circuit, a phase difference determining circuit, an average determination circuit, and a loop compensator. The inverter circuit includes an inverter switch configured to switch on and off at a switching frequency. The phase difference determination circuit is configured to obtain a first signal related to an output voltage of the inverter circuit and a second signal related to an output current of the inverter circuit. The average determination circuit is configured to determine a first average value of a first output signal and a second average value of a second output signal, and the loop compensator is configured to compare the first average value or the second average value with a reference value and adjust the switching frequency of the inverter switch based on the comparison result.

摘要: An effective technique is applied to a rectifier circuit that performs synchronous rectification using a switching element. The rectifier circuit performs the synchronous rectification using a MOSFET, for example, as the switching element. By using the rectifier circuit, a capacitance of a capacitor for supplying power to a drive circuit can be reduced. As a result, downsizing and cost reduction of the rectifier circuit and the power supply using the rectifier circuit can be achieved.

摘要: An electronic circuit unit includes a trigger circuit and a circuit module. The trigger circuit includes a semiconductor switching element configured to output a switching pulse signal in response to an external trigger signal, a load resistor for the semiconductor switching element, a one-shot pulse circuit configured to convert the switching pulse signal into a one-shot pulse with a predetermined pulse width, and a forcible-reset circuit connected to an input side of the semiconductor switching element. The one-shot pulse circuit includes a coupling capacitor connected to an input side of the semiconductor switching element and a charging resistor for the coupling capacitor. The pulse width of the one-shot pulse is determined by a time constant of the coupling capacitor and the charging resistor. The forcible-reset circuit is configured to temporarily input an on-voltage to the semiconductor switching element so as to forcibly switch the circuit module to the operating mode.

摘要: A switch mode power supply circuit with high voltage output, an electrostatic spray apparatus and agricultural plant protection apparatus using the same are provided. The switch mode power supply circuit is electrically connected in series with at least a pre-stage power converter and a post-stage power converter. In order to simplify the control, the switch of the pre-stage power converter is omitted, only one switch of the post-stage power converter is adopted to perform synchronous control. Since the multiple sets of power conversion circuits in the previous stage are connected in series, the turn ratio of the transformer in the power converter in the subsequent stage can be reduced. Therefore, the transformer can be miniaturized and the power supply circuit would be more suitable for agricultural plant protection machine and electrostatic spray apparatus.

摘要: A multi-phase power converter includes a digital ramp pulse modulation controller, a digital constant on-time controller, and a driver stage. The digital ramp pulse modulation controller provides a trigger ramp signal in response to an error signal when the multi-phase power converter is not in a green mode, wherein at least a portion of the digital ramp pulse modulation controller is inactive in the green mode. The digital constant on-time controller provides on-time thresholds and off-time thresholds when the multi-phase power converter is in the green mode. The driver stage provides a plurality of drive signals to a corresponding plurality of power stages in response to the trigger ramp signal when the multi-phase power converter is not in the green mode and to the on-time thresholds and the off-time thresholds when the multi-phase power converter is in the green mode.

摘要: A method of detecting zero crossings in an AC input voltage at an input of a power converter includes measuring, at a first time, a first voltage. If the first voltage is positive: determining that the first time corresponds to a positive half-cycle of the AC input voltage. If the first voltage is equal to zero: a) determining that the first time corresponds to a negative half-cycle of the AC input voltage; b) turning on a high-side switch of the power converter for a first time period; and c) measuring, during the first time period, a second voltage. If the second voltage is less than a first threshold, turning off the high-side switch and repeating b) and c) after a time delay. If the second voltage is less than a second threshold, maintaining the high-side switch in an ON state for a second time period.
