摘要: A circuit that increases input voltage to higher output voltage connected to a drive. The circuit can include a power input that receives the input voltage from a power source and at least one capacitor bank connected with the power input. A current-limiting surge suppressor is positioned between the power input and the at least one capacitor bank. The current-limiting surge suppressor includes a first current-limiting path and a second bypass path. A drain, when operable, dissipates the charge of the at least one capacitor bank. The drive is operable in response to the higher voltage output from the at least one capacitor bank.

摘要: Certain embodiments of the present application relate to a variable frequency drive (VFD) cabin for a pump configuration including a mobile trailer on which the VFD cabin is to be mounted. The VFD cabin generally includes a medium-voltage VFD and a ventilation system. In certain embodiments, the ventilation system is configured to generate an overpressure condition within the cabin to discourage the entry of dust and debris into the cabin. In certain embodiments, one or more components of the medium-voltage VFD are coupled to the floor of the cabin via a vibration damping system. In certain embodiments, the VFD cabin may be directly coupled to a chassis of the mobile trailer without an intervening suspension being provided between the VFD cabin and the chassis.

In at least part of the map, the chopping frequency is furthermore chosen based on a parameter representative of a thermal condition of the electronic switches contained in the inverter. The invention furthermore relates to a method for controlling a corresponding inverter, and to a device implementing this method. The invention is preferably applied to an electric motor vehicle.

摘要: A method for determining at least one property of a rotational movement of a three-phase rotary current machine in generator operation, with an electrical parameter for a phase voltage of the relevant phase of the three-phase alternating voltage of the rotary current machine generated in generator operation being continuously recorded metrologically for each of the three phases. Three electrical parameter pairs are formed from the three electrical parameters, whereby the three electrical parameter pairs respectively include electrical parameters of a first and a second phase, electrical parameters of the second phase and a third phase, and electrical parameters of the third phase and the first phase. A sign of a difference between the electrical parameters of each parameter pair is continuously determined. The property of the rotational movement is determined from change times corresponding to times of immediately successive sign changes of the differences between the three parameter pairs.

摘要: A control device for a ceiling fan may have a motor drive circuit configured to control a rotational speed of a motor of the ceiling fan, an occupancy sensing circuit, and a control circuit configured to adjust the rotational speed of the motor in response to a detected occupancy or vacancy condition. The control circuit may process the signals generated by the occupancy sensing circuit to eliminate the effects of vibrations and/or wobbling of the ceiling fan. The control circuit may control the motor drive circuit to adjust the rotational speed of the motor in response to an accelerometer to minimize the magnitude of the wobble of the ceiling fan. The control circuit may be configured to learn a preferred rotational speed for the motor. The control circuit may also be configured to control the rotational speed of the motor to affect a thermal comfort level of an occupant.

摘要: A material handler comprises a motor, an interface device, and a controller. The controller is configured to receive an input from the interface device and can include a variable frequency drive (VFD). The controller provides a variable frequency drive (VFD) signal to the motor to control movement of one or more components of the material handler. If the interface device is inactive for a predetermined amount of time, the controller adjusts a frequency of the VFD signal from an operating frequency to a standby frequency with the standby frequency being lower than the operating frequency. Adjusting the frequency from the operating frequency to the standby frequency can include adjusting the frequency of the VFD signal to one or more intermediate frequencies. When adjusting the frequency of the VFD signal, the controller can skip at least one frequency or range of frequencies, for example, to avoid undesirable operating characteristics.

摘要: An energy conversion apparatus, a motor, a power system, and a vehicle are provided. The energy conversion apparatus may integrate a motor drive function by using a three-phase bridge arm converter and a motor winding, and integrate an alternating current charging function by using a two-phase two-bridge-arm converter and a transformer. In this way, the energy conversion apparatus can integrate the charging function and the motor drive function. When the energy conversion apparatus is installed on an electric vehicle, a vehicle integration level can be increased, a structure layout of the electric vehicle can be simplified, and costs and a volume of the electric vehicle can be reduced.

摘要: An electric driven hydraulic fracking system is disclosed. A pump configuration that includes the single VFD, the single shaft electric motor, and the single hydraulic pump that is mounted on the single pump trailer. A power distribution trailer distributes the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation voltage level to the single VFD and converts the electric power at a power generation voltage level to a VFD voltage level and controls the operation of the single shaft electric motor and the single hydraulic pump. The power distribution trailer converts the electric power generated by the power generation system at the power generation level to an auxiliary voltage level that is less than the power generation voltage level. The power distribution trailer distributes the electric power at the auxiliary voltage level to the single VFD that controls an operation of the of the auxiliary systems.
