摘要: A motor control device according to an embodiment comprises a first signal generator, a second signal generator, a main controller, and a driver. The first signal generator is configured to generate, based on a clock signal indicating a stepping drive cycle of a motor, a first control signal. The second signal generator is configured to generate, based on a command phase indicating a target phase of a rotor of the motor, a second control signal. The main controller is configured to control the first signal generator and the second signal generator to output at least one of the first control signal and the second control signal. The driver is configured to drive the motor based on at least one of the first control signal and the second control signal.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a power conversion device including a plurality of inverter circuits connected in parallel to a load, the power conversion device being capable of performing control with a smaller number of microcomputers, having high reliability, and being advantageous for miniaturization and cost reduction. Provided are: a plurality of inverter circuits connected in parallel to a load; a microcomputer which controls the plurality of inverter circuits; a plurality of signal selection units which select a drive signal of each of the plurality of inverter circuits; and a first transmission path and a second transmission path which are connected in parallel between the microcomputer and the plurality of signal selection units and transmit the drive signal of each of the plurality of inverter circuits from the microcomputer to each of the plurality of signal selection units. Each of the plurality of signal selection units selects any one of a first drive signal transmitted from the first transmission path and a second drive signal transmitted from the second transmission path.

摘要: An overload control device for use with a floor machine having an electric motor is disclosed. The overload control device can include a power input and a power output connectable to the electric motor. The device can include a load detector, a current sensor operative to sense a current value supplied to the motor via the power output, and a cutoff relay interconnecting the power input and the power output. The cutoff relay being operative to supply power from the power input to the power output when activated, and interrupt power when deactivated. A controller receives a load present indication from the load detector and activates the cutoff relay if a load is present. The controller receives a current value from the current sensor, determines if the current value is greater than a threshold value, and deactivates the cutoff relay when the current value is greater than the threshold value.

摘要: An improved power system architecture for a hybrid electric vehicle includes a power control unit including a motor inverter, a generator inverter, and a DC-to-DC converter, and vehicle power management (VPM) circuitry directly connected to each of the motor inverter, generator inverter, and DC-to-DC converter. In this arrangement, communication timing is greatly reduced, thereby allowing for feedforward control of the motor inverter, generator inverter, and DC-to-DC converter. The feedforward control enables the VPM circuitry to predict current influx or draw by a motor and determine the corresponding currents to provide to or from the generator and battery prior to or simultaneously with the actual current influx or draw by the motor. This improves vehicle dynamics and responsiveness, as well as enables complete recapture of braking currents and eliminates the need for a brake chopper resistor, thereby improving overall vehicle efficiency.

摘要: In a magnetic flux variation estimator of a control apparatus, a command voltage corrector corrects d- and q-axis command voltages to reduce a deviation between each of the d- and q-axis command voltages and a corresponding actual voltage to be applied to a rotary electric machine, thus outputting a corrected d-axis command voltage and a corrected q-axis command voltage. A standard voltage calculator calculates, based on an electrical angular velocity of the rotary electric machine and a current flowing in the rotary electric machine, a d-axis standard voltage and a q-axis standard voltage to be applied to the rotary electric machine while the rotary electric machine is in a predetermined standard state. An estimator estimates a magnetic flux variation as a function of the corrected d-axis command voltage, the corrected q-axis command voltage, and the q-axis standard voltage.
