    摘要: A sound source processing apparatus uses a magnetic drum to prevent sound quality deterioration and amplify the volume of sound when a sound source transmitted from a primary acoustic device is outputted. The apparatus receives, through an input end, a sound source outputted from the primary acoustic device, records the inputted sound source on a recording part (a magnetic coating surface) of the magnetic drum in a magnetic drum recorder, reproduces, in real time, the sound source recorded on the magnetic drum, and then amplifies it, sequentially passing the amplified sound source through a pre-amplifier and a power amplifier to amplify output and then sending it to a speaker. To prevent sound quality deterioration for repetitive playback, interaction caused by contact between sound sources is removed. Amplifying the volume of sound outputted in real time using the magnetic drum promotes enhanced sound quality.

    摘要: An integrated circuit includes a functional circuit and a power calibration and monitoring system including a digital-to-analog converter (DAC), a variable gain amplifier (VGA), and a counter. The DAC generates a differential pair of feedback currents based on a digital count. The VGA generates a differential pair of amplified signals based on a magnitude difference between the differential pair of feedback currents and a differential pair of detection currents derived from a differential pair of node voltages associated with the functional circuit. The counter generates the digital count based on the differential pair of amplified signals. The differential pair of feedback currents is controlled such that the magnitude difference between the differential pair of detection currents and the differential pair of feedback currents is within a tolerance limit. A power associated with the functional circuit is calibrated and monitored based on the digital count.

    摘要: A wide bandwidth power amplifier apparatus is provided. The wide bandwidth power amplifier apparatus includes a power amplifier circuit, a primary switcher circuit, a voltage circuit(s), and an auxiliary switcher circuit(s). The power amplifier circuit is configured to amplify a radio frequency (RF) signal based on a modulated voltage and a modulated current. The voltage circuit is configured to generate the modulated voltage and a respective part of the modulated current. The primary switcher circuit and the auxiliary switcher circuit are each configured to also generate a respective part of the modulated current. The auxiliary switcher circuit only generates the respective part of the modulated current when a bandwidth of the modulated voltage exceeds a bandwidth threshold. As such, it is possible to prevent the voltage circuit from having to source additional current when the modulated voltage exceeds the bandwidth threshold, thus helping to improve efficiency of the voltage circuit.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a harmonic power amplifying circuit with high efficiency and high bandwidth and a radio-frequency power amplifier. The circuit comprises an input matching network (11), a transistor (M), and an output matching network (12); a gate of the transistor (M) connected to an output end of the input matching network (11), a drain thereof connected to an input end of the output matching network (12), and a source thereof being grounded; wherein the output matching network (12) enables a lower sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous inverse F amplification mode and an upper sideband of the harmonic power amplifying circuit to work in a continuous F amplification mode; wherein the output matching network (12) and a parasitic network of the transistor (M) form a low pass filter. By transitioning from the continuous inverse F power amplifier working mode to the continuous F power amplifier working mode, the efficiency of a continuous harmonic control power amplifier is effectively improved to be higher than 60%, a relative bandwidth is improved to be higher than 80%, and the harmonic impedance is simple to match and easy to realize.
