摘要: Aspects of this disclosure relate to a filter that includes a bulk acoustic wave resonator and a capacitor in parallel with the bulk acoustic wave resonator. The bulk acoustic wave resonator can include a first electrode, a second electrode, a piezoelectric layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and an acoustic reflector positioned between the first electrode and a substrate. The capacitor can include an electrode buried in a dielectric layer that is over the substrate. Related multiplexers, radio frequency modules, radio frequency systems, wireless communication devices, and methods are disclosed.

Operations include transmitting from, and receiving from, a first transmit and receive point a first signal or channel wherein the first signal or channel is based on a first user equipment (UE) specific parameter assigned via the first subset of transmit and receive points and transmitting from, and receiving from, the first transmit and receive point the plurality of transmit and receive points a second signal or channel wherein the second signal or channel is based on a second UE specific parameter assigned via the second subset of transmit and receive points. A transmit and receive point and a UE for implementing the operations are also disclosed.

摘要: An audio-video communication system comprises a wireless exterior module located proximate an entrance, a computerized controller running a software application, and a remote peripheral device. The wireless exterior module includes a proximity sensor for detecting a person at the entrance, a video camera for recording an image of the person at the entrance, a microphone for recording the person at the entrance, a speaker for playing audio to the person at the entrance, a transmitter for communicating sounds and images of the person at the entrance, and a receiver for receiving communications at the wireless exterior module. The computerized controller is disposed in wireless electronic communication with the wireless exterior module via the transmitter and the receiver of the wireless exterior module. The remote peripheral device is configured to electronically communicate with the computerized controller for viewing an image from the video camera communicated from the wireless exterior module.

摘要: In aspects of UWB accessory for a wireless device, an attachable ultra-wideband (UWB) accessory includes a UWB radio to communicate with UWB radios in an environment. The attachable UWB accessory has one or more wireless interfaces to wirelessly communicate with radio devices of a wireless device to which the UWB accessory is attached. The attachable UWB accessory can also include a micro-controller that receives UWB ranging data from the UWB radios, and may determine a location of the wireless device in the environment based on the UWB ranging data. The attachable UWB accessory may utilize Bluetooth low energy (BLE) for UWB out-of-band communications. A wireless device can be implemented with the attachable UWB accessory, and the wireless device has a BLE interface to interface with the UWB accessory.

摘要: Embodiments of this application disclose a communication apparatus. The communication apparatus may include a first transceiver, a second transceiver, and a power amplifier. The first transceiver and the second transceiver may be separately connected to the power amplifier. In this way, when it is determined that a network load is relatively low, any transceiver in the communication apparatus may be turned off. Because the turned-off transceiver no longer continues to generate power consumption, power consumption of the entire communication apparatus is reduced, to achieve an energy saving effect. In addition, when an electronic component in the communication apparatus is turned off, the power amplifier may not be turned off, and the power amplifier may still receive a corresponding radio frequency signal from a transceiver that is not turned off, to perform power amplification and send a corresponding radio frequency signal.

To help mitigate the frequency dependent filter response, the wireless circuitry may further include predistortion circuitry having an amplifier load response estimator that implements a baseband model of the filter response, an amplifier non-linearity estimator that models the non-linear behavior of the amplifier, and a control signal generator for adjusting the power amplifier based on the output of the amplifier load response estimator and the amplifier non-linearity estimator.
