    Abstract: The present specification relates to a device and method for transmitting an uplink control channel in a wireless communication system. Disclosed in the present specification is a method for transmitting a physical uplink control channel by means of a UE, the method including: a step for generating a first HARQ-ACK codebook related to a first PUCCH; a step for generating a second HARQ-ACK codebook related to a second PUCCH; and a step for transmitting simultaneously the first PUCCH and the second PUCCH or one PUCCH among the first PUCCH and the second PUCCH to a base station in one slot on the basis of a plurality of indicators. According to the present embodiments, the sequence for transmitting a plurality of PUCCHs including respectively different HARQ-ACKs in one slot is clarified, and thus the targeted performance of a 5G wireless communication system intended to simultaneously provide various types of traffic (eURLLC, eMBB) can be achieved.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes the concept of operations and the medium access control protocols of a wireless communication system using code-division multiple access with interference avoidance (CDMA-IA) as its physical layer. The system can dynamically share a common band with other networks without a central radio resource controller. In one embodiment, the wireless communication system includes a plurality of radio nodes forming a wireless mesh network, wherein the pairs of radio nodes use, individually optimized, time division duplexing. At least one radio node includes a software-defined radio, a memory, and an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to control the software-defined radio to transmit a pilot signal and share various state information with the other nodes of the network. The shared information includes local spectrum occupancy and node connectivity sets. The pervasive sharing of spectrum occupancy among all nodes enables the usage of the shared band to be maximized.

    Abstract: A relay station configured to orbit a celestial body and configured to receive data from a population of devices arranged at the celestial body, the relay station and the devices configured to travel with respect to one another. The relay station includes a receiver configured to receive signals from the devices, the signals including a signal that is part of the signals, the signal including signal data in data packages that are at least part of the data. The relay station also includes a signal-processing device configured to receive the signal from the receiver and extract the signal data from the signal. The signal-processing device is configured to correct the signal for a positive Doppler shift or a negative Doppler shift. The relay station also includes a transmitter configured to transmit the signal data from the signal processing device to a server arranged remotely from the relay station at the celestial body.

    Abstract: A method for compensating group delay variations in a CDMA spread spectrum receiver, comprising: receiving an RF signal; generating an ideal replica signal; filtering the RF signal by one or more filters; obtaining an ideal auto-correlation function (ACF) of the ideal replica signal; distorting the ideal ACF to generate a distorted ACF by a filtering model of the one or more filters; aligning the ideal ACF and the distorted ACF; calculating a set of correction factors based on a ratio of the ideal ACF and the distorted ACF; calculating a cross-correlation signal based on the filtered RF signal and the ideal replica signal; and obtaining a compensated correlation signal by applying the set of correction factors to the cross-correlation signal.
