    摘要: Disclosed is a holder for retaining an electronic device within a vehicle. The holder includes a first segment oriented along a first axis, a second segment unitary with the first segment and oriented along a second axis, and a third segment unitary with the second segment and oriented along a third axis. The second segment includes opposite end portions. The vehicle includes a sun visor mounted on an elongated member mounted to an inner surface of the vehicle. The elongated member includes opposite end portions. The first segment of the holder includes a hooked end portion that is non-rotatably secured to one of the opposite end portions of the elongated member. The holder includes a strip of hook-and-loop material adhesively secured to the third segment. The cell phone has a backside surface to which is secured another strip of hook-and-loop material. One of the strips of hook-and-loop material, when engaged with and secured to the other of the strips of hook-and-loop material, secures the cell phone to the third segment.

    摘要: A vehicle interfaced smartphone control device for limiting phone distraction while driving includes a docking station, which selectively engages a smartphone of a driver of a vehicle so that the smartphone is operationally engaged to the docking station. The docking station is mountable to an interior element of the vehicle so that the smartphone is accessible to the driver. The docking station is operationally engageable an electronic control module of the vehicle. First and second programming code are selectively positionable on the electronic control module and the smartphone, respectively. The first programming code enables the electronic control module to operate the vehicle with at least one operational aspect of the vehicle being limited. The second programming code enables the smartphone, when operationally engaged to the docking station, to continuously signal the electronic control module to operate the vehicle without limiting any operational aspects of the vehicle.

    摘要: Holding apparatus for supporting and connecting an industrial mobile device has a flat body, a pair of oppositely located parallel sides, and an industrial-type connector plug. The holding apparatus is connectable to a suspension assembly having a holding unit with a support block that has a hollow interior. A connector socket is arranged at a side of the support block to receive the connector plug, and the socket has a shaped profile that provides electrical connection and both holds and fixes the industrial connector plug and the device. The bottom of a flat holding frame is connected to a rear side of the support block and has a height corresponding to the distance between the two holding sides of the device. The holding frame has an upper side from which a fixing nest extends out, the holding frame designed such that a resilient pressure acts on the device.
