摘要: An image capturing apparatus includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements, a first selection unit, and a second selection unit. Each of the photoelectric conversion elements includes an avalanche diode and a counter. The photoelectric conversion elements have a first photoelectric conversion element and a second photoelectric conversion element. The first selection unit controls the first photoelectric conversion element. The second selection unit controls the second photoelectric conversion element. The first and second selection units are controlled by a first control line and a second control line. In a first mode, the second selection unit controls the second photoelectric conversion element to be brought into a state where no signal is read from the second photoelectric conversion element. In a second mode, the second selection unit controls the second photoelectric conversion element to be brought into a state where a signal is read from the second photoelectric conversion element.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for correcting a packaged optical sensor array module, and the method for correcting a packaged optical sensor array module according to the present invention comprises the steps of: analyzing statistical characteristics of an optical sensor array with respect to light emitted from a standard light source having a predetermined characteristic value to extract a representative value, and calculating a first correction value for a measurement value according to the extracted representative value; and calculating a second correction value for a measured value of the optical sensor array that is corrected by the first correction value with respect to light emitted from an applied light source or light emitted by a fluorescence of the applied light source.

The image sensor further includes a sampler sampling the output pixel signal to generate a sampling signal having a time interval corresponding to a magnitude of the output pixel signal, and a counter counting the generated sampling signal, based on a counter clock, to generate a counting value corresponding to the time interval of the sampling signal. The sampler samples the reset output of the output pixel signal n times to generate first to n-th reset sampling signals, where n is an integer of 2 or more.

摘要: An image capturing apparatus comprises a plurality of light-receiving circuits, each outputting a pulse signal in response to a photon being incident; a plurality of counter circuits that count the respective pulse signals output by the plurality of light-receiving circuits; and a correction circuit that corrects counts from the plurality of counter circuits and outputs the corrected counts as image data. The correction circuit calculates a correction coefficient on the basis of counts obtained by the plurality of counter circuits in a state where pulse widths of the pulse signals differ or under conditions where generation frequencies of the pulse signals differ, and performs the correction using the correction coefficient.

摘要: A method and apparatus for capturing digital video includes displaying a preview of a field of view of the imaging device in a user interface of the imaging device. A sequence of images is captured. A main subject and a background in the sequence of images is determined, wherein the main subject is different than the background. A sequence of modified images for use in a final video is obtained, wherein each modified image is obtained by combining two or more images of the sequence of images such that the main subject in the modified image is blur free and the background is blurred. The sequence of modified images is combined to obtain the final video, which is stored in a memory of the imaging device, and displayed in the user interface.
