摘要: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a video frame adjustment method and apparatus, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: on the basis of a first video frame and a second video frame in an initial video, by means of quantifying a neural network, determining a first optical flow from the first video frame to the second video frame and a second optical flow from the second video frame to the first video frame; on the basis of the first optical flow and the second optical flow, determining a third optical flow from an intermediate frame to the first video frame and a fourth optical flow from the intermediate frame to the second video frame, and determining the intermediate frame according to two initial video frames, the third optical flow and the fourth optical flow; and inserting the intermediate frame between the two initial video frames. By means of the video frame adjustment method provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the aim of inserting a frame between two adjacent video frames can be achieved; in addition, a playing effect of a high-frame-rate video after frame insertion can be guaranteed.

Mixing processing is performed in units of two temporally consecutive pictures in predetermined frame rate image data, and base frame rate image data is obtained. Image data of one picture in units of the two temporally consecutive pictures is extracted, and high frame rate enhanced frame image data is obtained. Prediction encoding processing of base frame rate image data is performed to the base frame rate image data, and a base stream is obtained. Prediction encoding processing with respect to the base frame rate image data is performed to the high frame rate enhanced frame image data, and an enhanced stream is obtained. A predetermined format container is transmitted including the base stream and the enhanced stream.-

摘要: Normalized resolutions are determined for first and second regions of interest of an initial video stream captured by a video capture device located within a physical space. The first region of interest is associated with a first conference participant within the physical space and the second region of interest is associated with a second conference participant within the physical space. Instructions are transmitted to the video capture device to cause the video capture device to capture, at the normalized resolutions, a first video stream associated with the first region of interest and a second video stream associated with the second region of interest. The first and second video streams conform sizes and quality levels of the first and second conference participants within separate user interface tiles of a conferencing software user interface to which the first and second video streams are output.

摘要: An encoding device evaluates a plurality of processing and/or post-processing algorithms and/or methods to be applied to a video stream, and signals a selected method, algorithm, class or category of methods/algorithms either in an encoded bitstream or as side information related to the encoded bitstream. A decoding device or post-processor utilizes the signaled algorithm or selects an algorithm/method based on the signaled method or algorithm. The selection is based, for example, on availability of the algorithm/method at the decoder/post-processor and/or cost of implementation. The video stream may comprise, for example, downsampled multiplexed stereoscopic images and the selected algorithm may include any of upconversion and/or error correction techniques that contribute to a restoration of the downsampled images.
