Primary virtual reality content may be displayed to a user, and, responsive to the user turning his view away from the primary virtual reality content, a sensory cue is provided to the user that indicates to the user that his view is no longer directed toward the primary virtual reality content, and secondary, tertiary, etc., virtual reality content may be displayed to the user. Primary virtual reality content may resume when the user returns his view to the primary virtual reality content. Primary virtual reality content may be adjusted based on a user's interaction with the secondary, tertiary, etc., virtual reality content. Secondary, tertiary, etc., virtual reality content may be adjusted based on a user's progression through the primary virtual reality content, or interaction with the primary virtual reality content.

摘要： A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium display a video with a set of tags selectively overlaid on the video. The method causes a display device to display a sequence of video frames. The video depicts a plurality of visually perceptible items, and the video frames as displayed do not include any tags, thereby depicting the video in a tagless mode. The method also receives a signal requesting that the video be displayed in a tag mode. In response to receipt of said signal, the method overlays one or more visually perceptible tags on the video frames at specified positions, thereby causing the display device to display the video in a tag mode. Each of the overlaid tags is associated with at least one respective visually perceptible item appearing in the video.

For more efficient management of the content, including for storage and delivery of the content, the separate components may be stored at different locations. For example, chroma components may be stored on a central server, while luminance and audio components are stored at other locations, such as edge servers, or vice versa, to accommodate network efficiency considerations. When content is delivered to a player, two or more separate streams carrying different content components may be delivered to the player.
