    摘要: Channel availability check optimization may be provided. A plurality of Pulse Repetition Intervals (PRIs) may be determined for a respective plurality of bursts on a respective plurality of frequencies. A list of at least a portion of the plurality of frequencies may be generated. The list may include a plurality of bias factors respectively indicating a probability that each of the respective plurality of bursts was a radar burst based on the respective plurality of PRIs. An Access Point (AP) may perform a plurality of preemptive Channel Availability Checks (CACs) on each of the respective plurality of frequencies on the list in order of highest probability to lowest probability based on the plurality of bias factors.

More particularly, a simulator instantiates a simulation environment that includes a base station module, a user equipment (UE) module, and a simulated communication link therebetween. Real traffic generated by a non-simulated UE is sent to a proxy that routes the traffic to the UE module. As a result, test software instated in the simulation environment can be validated using traffic generated by a non-simulated UE.

    摘要: A wireless access point includes a memory and a processor. The processor is configured to access instructions stored in the memory, and execute the instructions to perform following steps: periodically transmitting a plurality of beacons to a station so that the station operates in a low power sleep mode or an active mode based on the beacons, in which the beacons includes two successive beacons; and, between the transmission of the two successive beacons, determining whether to transmit a management frame to the station based on a traffic condition of packets being directed to the station so that the station establishes a mode switching in response to the management frame. The traffic condition includes a channel state and a number or a validity of the packets. The mode switching includes switching from one of the low power sleep mode and the active mode to another.

    摘要: A cell handover method and a device are provided, so that a target eNB uses a current serving small node as a user plane serving node after a UE is handed over. The UE and uses the target eNB as a control plane serving node after the handover. The method includes receiving a handover request acknowledgment sent by the target eNB; and sending offloading configuration information of the current serving small node to the current serving small node, and sending RRC reconfiguration information of the UE to the UE, so that offloading configuration is performed separately by the current serving small node and the UE. According to the application, a problem that in a cell handover process, a transmission resource required for transmission increases and a delay is relatively great is avoided, because the current serving small node forwards a large amount of data to the target eNB.

    摘要: Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for determining locations for range-extending devices. Signal strength between devices within an area may be measured one or more times over a time period. Based on the measurements, signal loss over fronthaul links and backhaul links may be determined for each range-extending device in the area. A predicted improvement in signal quality may be determined. A direction and distance to move each range-extending device may be determined based on a comparison with the fronthaul and backhaul signal qualities and the predicted improvement in signal quality. The direction, improvement in signal quality, and/or user preferences for devices may be used to determine an improvement associated with moving one or more range-extending devices.
