Abstract: A horizontal open inducting garbage bin comprises a bin body (1), a bin head (2), an inducting window (4), a garbage inlet (21) disposed on the bin head (2), a bin cover (22) disposed on the garbage inlet (21), an upright shaft (221) and a drive means for making the upright shaft (221) rotate. Abstract: 本发明实施例提供了一种数据发送方法、装置和系统，一个数据发送方法包括：终端设备进行信道检测；所述终端设备在第一时间位置结束所述信道检测，并且，所述信道检测结果为信道空闲；所述终端设备从第二时间位置开始发送数据；所述第二时间位置在所述第一时间位置之后，所述第一时间位置和所述第二时间位置之间的第一时间长度小于或等于第二时间长度。通过本发明实施例的方法，终端设备在确定信道空闲后结束信道检测，并在一定时间长度(第一时间长度)之后发送数据，由于该第一时间长度小于或等于数据对应的OFF-ON transient period的时间长度(第二时间长度)，从而缩短了结束信道检测到发送数据之间的时间长度，提高了资源利用率。
