Abstract: An access and mobility management function of an overlay network sends, to a network slice selection function, a request for selection of one or more allowed network slices of a wireless device. The request for selection indicates that an access of the wireless device to the overlay network is via an underlay network. The access and mobility management function receives, from the network slice selection function, one or more network slice identifiers of the one or more allowed network slices for the access of the wireless device to the overlay network via the underlay network.

Abstract: A wireless device receives, from a base station, at least one message for a radio resource control (RRC) connection, wherein the at least one message comprises first configuration parameters of a first cell that is configured as a special cell (SpCell), and second configuration parameters of a second cell that is configured as a resource of the first cell. The wireless device determines a failure of the RRC connection, based on at least one of a first reference signal of the first cell or a second reference signal of the second cell, and sends a failure report indicating that the second cell is configured as a resource for the first cell.
