Abstract: A camera strap (1) is provided. The strap (1) is configured to be changeable between a first mode and a second mode. The strap (1), when in the first mode, is configured to be movable, and when in the second mode, is configured to be locked in a rigid state. The strap (1) comprises a mount (10). The mount (10) is intended for removably attaching the strap (1) to a camera. The mount (10) comprises a first strap portion (20). The first strap portion (20) comprises a first plurality of strap elements (25), each comprising a hole extending through the strap element. The first strap portion (20) further comprises a first line (40). The first line (40) is connected to the mount (10). The first line (40) extends through the hole of each strap element of the first plurality of strap elements (25) such that the first plurality of strap elements (25) are arranged adjacent to each other along the first line (40). The mount (10) comprises a line tightening mechanism (15) arranged to tighten the first line (40) to change the strap (1) from the first mode to the second mode. The first plurality of strap elements (25) in the first mode are movable with regards to the adjacent strap elements, and in the second mode the first plurality of strap elements (25) are locked with regard to the adjacent strap elements.

Abstract: A mechanism for rotating a monitor around an instrument, using a cam having a lobe directed towards a corner or projection of the instrument, the cam being fixed on the instrument in a plane parallel to the rotation of the monitor. The monitor is mounted on the outer section of an extendible arm assembly, the inner section being attached to the instrument by means of a rotary bearing, the outer section of the extendible assembly arm being slidingly attached to the inner section using a spring mechanism which applies a tensional force to the outer section in the direction towards the rotary bearing. As the extendible arm assembly is rotated, a cam follower attached to the outer section of the extendible arm assembly, traces the outer profile of the cam, thereby causing the outer section of the extendible arm also to trace the outer profile of the cam.

Abstract: An adjustable support arm capable of providing users with a wide range of height, depth, tilt, and swivel options. The adjustable support arm may comprise an arm assembly releasably mounted to a base assembly. In further embodiments, the adjustable support arm may also comprise an articulating joint connected to the arm assembly, and an accessory bracket assembly connected to the articulating joint. To dampen side-to-side movement of the arm assembly, the adjustable support arm may also comprise a friction cartridge assembly comprising a taper-lock bushing and one or more set screws. A ring-shaped, adjustable panning insert can be coupled to the arm assembly to restrict the range of side-to-side motion of the support arm. The adjustable arm can further comprise a quick-release accessory fastening mechanism for easy removal and attachment of a mounted object (e.g., an electronic display, keyboard, or other item) to the support arm.
