Abstract: Method for determining an optical system of a personalized progressive lens for a given wearer comprising the following consecutive steps: a) providing a mean direction of gaze determined for the wearer in a reference frame tied to the head of the said wearer; b) determination of a target value for at least one optical design parameter as a function of the mean direction of gaze determined in step a); c) calculation of the optical system of the progressive lens by an optical optimization procedure on the basis of target values where the target value of the (or of each) optical design parameter as a function of the mean direction of gaze determined in step b) is a target value.

Abstract: L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé de détermination de l'œil directeur d'un patient (10). Selon l'invention, le dispositif comporte une cible (120), une caméra (110) pour acquérir une image du visage du patient, et un masque (200) à positionner devant le visage du patient. Ce masque comprend; une paroi d'obturation (210) adaptée à cacher la cible au patient tout en permettant à la caméra de voir le visage du patient, et une fenêtre de visée (220) de la cible par le patient qui est située au travers de la paroi d'obturation pour permettre au patient de viser la cible avec l'un de ses deux yeux uniquement.
