Abstract: Data transfer in a secure processing environment is provided. A digital assistant can receive audio input detected by a microphone of a computing device. The digital assistant can determine, based on the audio input, to invoke a third-party application associated with the computing device. The digital assistant can generate, responsive to the determination to invoke the third-party application, a packaged data object. The digital assistant can forward, to the third-party application invoked by the digital assistant component to execute in a secure processing environment on the computing device, the packaged data object. The third-party application can transmit, responsive to a digital component request triggered in the third-party application, the packaged data object to a digital component selector to execute a real-time selection process based on the packaged data object.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for updating a webpage rendered with cached content are provided. In some embodiments, the method comprises: receiving, at a user device, a request to present a webpage; retrieving, from memory local to the user device, a template associated with the webpage and a plurality of content items to be included in the webpage; causing the webpage to be presented on the user device using the retrieved template and the one or more content items; transmitting a Remote Procedure Call (RPC) to a server associated with the webpage, wherein the RPC includes an identifier of the webpage; receiving a response to the RPC that includes at least one update to the webpage; and causing the webpage to be updated based on the response to the RPC.

Abstract: A method includes prompting, by a first application installed on a client electronic device, a user to install a second application on the client electronic device, and prompting, by the first application, the user to authorize preemptive sign-in to the second application. In response to receiving an indication from the user to install the second application and receiving an indication from the user to authorize preemptive sign-in to the second application, the second application is installed, and a two-factor authentication code that authorizes the user to sign into the second application is generated. The method includes sending a message to the second application, launching the second application, and automatically signing the user into the second application without requiring the user to provide the two-factor authentication code or any other form of second-factor authentication.

Abstract: Systems and methods for maintaining session identifiers across multiple webpages for content selection are described herein. A server can generate a session identifier corresponding to the client device for use in selecting content to be served across the information resources of a content publisher. The server can then receive, from the client device, a request for instructions to insert into a header of an information resource for selecting a content provider. The server can determine that the request includes the session identifier that matches the one generated for a previous request. The server can obtain a parameter value for each content provider with the session identifier. The server can select a content provider using the parameter values. The server can provide a script to the client device for the header. The script can be configured to cause the client device to obtain a content item from the selected content provider to insert into the information resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and media for presenting notifications indicating recommended content are provided. Abstract: A system of multi-modal transmission of packetized data in a voice activated data packet based computer network environment is provided. A natural language processor component can parse an input audio signal to identify a request and a trigger keyword. Based on the input audio signal, a direct action application programming interface can generate a first action data structure, and a content selector component can select a content item. An interface management component can identify first and second candidate interfaces, and respective resource utilization values. The interface management component can select, based on the resource utilization values, the first candidate interface to present the content item. The interface management component can provide the first action data structure to the client computing device for rendering as audio output, and can transmit the content item converted for a first modality to deliver the content item for rendering from the selected interface.
