Abstract:
The present invention relates to a condenser microphone and a method for manufacturing the same. A condenser microphone in accordance with the present invention comprises a casing having an open end portion; a diaphragm inserted in the casing; a spacer inserted in the casing; a fixed electrode inserted in the casing; a first base consisting of a insulating material, the first base being inserted in the casing; a second base consisting of a conductive material, the second base being inserted in the casing; and a PCB welded to the end portion of the casing, the PCB having a component mounted thereon, and including a connection terminal for an external connection formed thereon. Therefore, in accordance with the present invention, a curling process which is for bonding the metal casing and the PCB is eliminated and the casing having components for the condenser microphone enclosed therein is directly welded to the PCB to be bonded for improving bond strength, thereby improving an electrical conductibility between the casing and the PCB as well as improving a sealing so that the acoustic pressure does not enter from outside to enhance the acoustic characteristic.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pipette and to a storage container provided with same. More specifically, the pipette is configured as a piston-type pump using the elasticity of a spring, and the body of the pipette is surrounded with a case so as to be protected such that malfunctions due to carelessness can be prevented, convenient and precise operation can be ensured, contents can be safely stored, and a fixed quantity of contents can be correctly distributed.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a network system. A network system according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a plurality of components for transmitting or receiving information, wherein one or more components from among the plurality of components recognize at least energy-related information and perform energy-related reactions. When a first component of the plurality of components recognizes a course which is associated with the operation of a second component, the first component may recognize the estimated energy service charge on the basis of the estimated power consumption of the second component corresponding to the inputted course.
Abstract:
Apparatuses of a base station and terminal in a wireless communication system and their operating methods are provided. An operating method of a base station in a broadband wireless communication system includes determining whether to relocate at least one persistently allocated resource, when it is determined to relocate the at least one persistently allocated resource, relocating the at least one persistently allocated resource, generating a resource relocation Information Element (IE) indicative of the resource relocation using an offset of a Resource Block (RB), and transmitting the resource relocation IE.
Abstract:
A resource allocation for reducing overhead in a mobile communication system is provided. An operating method of a base station for changing a fixed resource allocation to reduce overhead in a mobile communication system includes calculating a total amount of resources allocated to a corresponding subframe in a period of a corresponding fixed allocation resource; when the total amount of the resources allocated to the corresponding subframe is greater than a threshold, temporarily canceling one or more corresponding fixed allocation resources to make the total amount of the resources allocated to the corresponding subframe less than or equal to the threshold; and reallocating the one or more canceled fixed allocation resources according to a corresponding rule.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a switched reluctance motor and a connection method for a sensor shutter thereof. The switched reluctance motor in accordance with the present invention includes a stator; a rotor rotating with respect to the stator centering around a rotational shaft; and a sensor shutter having a sensing part through which a light can be passed and connected to an end portion of the rotational shaft, and a stopping ring is connected to the end portion of the rotational shaft so as to prevent the sensor shutter from being separated. Accordingly, the sensor shutter can be quickly and easily connected and the length of the rotational shaft can be decreased.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a condenser microphone which provides a normal operation and an improvement of yield. In order to achieve the above object of the invention, there is provided a electret microphone comprising: a casing; an internally housed components housed by the casing, the components including a vibrating plate, a spacer, a back plate, a first base ring and a second base ring; a printed circuit board for receiving an electrical signal from at least one of the vibrating plate and the back plate; a washer spring for providing an elasticity between the components, and among the components, the casing and the printed circuit board. In accordance with the condenser microphone including the washer spring, the microphone operates normally even an error occurs during a manufacturing process, a uniform product quality is maintained, and reduces a defect rate to remarkably improve a manufacturing yield. In addition, in accordance with the condenser microphone including the washer spring, the washer spring may be easily applied, and an effective and reasonable selection of the microphone and an application of the manufacturing method thereof are possible by showing an effective characteristic and a resulting effect and function.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a condenser microphone wherein a spacer is eliminated by forming a concaved portion at a center portion of a back electret. The condenser microphone in accordance with the present invention comprises a cylinder-shape metal casing having an acoustic hole through a front plate thereof; polar ring consisting of a conductor; a diaphragm; a ring-shape first base consisting of an insulating material; a back electret consisting of a metal plate having a high molecule film coated thereon, the back electret having an edge portion contacting the diaphragm, wherein a surface of the high molecule film opposing that of the diaphragm includes a concaved surface deepening away from the edge portion to a center portion thereof; a second base consisting of a conductor; and a PCB having a circuit component mounted thereon and a connection terminal formed thereon. Therefore, in accordance with the present invention, a center portion of a back electret is subjected to a series of processes such as a pressing to render a surface of a high molecular film of the back electret opposing a diaphragm into a concaved surface similar to a vibrating form of the diaphragm so that a conversion of a displacement of the diaphragm to an electrical signal is maximized to improve a sensitivity and that the spacer for forming an insulation space is eliminated to reduce the number of components and the manufacturing cost.
