Abstract:
A portable carrier for a beverage container includes a case (10) having an externally frusto-conical housing that fully encloses the beverage container, and a removable cooling core (70) that fits within the housing. A zipper (30) preferably extends along at least part of at least two sides of the case, and more preferably extends on the top and bottom of the case. A carrying strap (40) may include a pouch for storing a bottle opener.
Abstract:
The invention concerns sliding adjustable straps whereof the internally located mechanism enables to adapt or to bring all bags to the length required and desired by the user without having to externally modify or transform the bag, travel bag, toilet-case. Said device for suitably adjusting the length of bag straps consists of: 1) two slots on each face of the bag or if the strap is mounted on the side, one slot on each side; 2) setting and then stitching a stay on the inside of the slot; 3) in one slot one carrying strap inserted per face (or per side) depending on the desired fixing; 4) one end of the carrying strap fixed on the inside stay with a top stitch; 5) the other part of the carrying strap free and provided with a sliding thimble or any other stop system. For a bag with two faces (two sides), the mounting of the faces (or sides) is performed by the same technique. There is an alternative type of mounting which leaves the strap entirely free, the latter being fixed inside the bag with stop systems located at each end.
Abstract:
A shock absorber for a shoulder strap is provided. The shock absorber includes a panel-like absorbing portion having a plurality of protrusions filled with air and hermetically sealed, and a reinforcement portion sewed together with the absorbing portion and connected to the middle of the shoulder strap having a predetermined width. Accordingly, the weight of the load due to the bag or carried item is alleviated, thereby softening the pain on the shoulder. Therefore, while carrying the bag or item, the user may not be fatigued and feels comfortable.
Abstract:
A tool holder (10) is mountable on a user's belt. The tool holder (10) includes a support member (12) having front (16) and rear (18) supports. Each rear support (18) has a top (20) and a bottom (22), with transition portion (24) therebetween. The transition portions (24) extend toward the front supports (16) to provide narrow gaps (28). The rear supports (18) are connected by a cross member (30). A bracket member (23) extends between and connects the front supports (16), and a tool holding portion (14) is provided. When in use, the front supports (16) and transition portions (24) provide resistance to removal of the holder (10).
Abstract:
A carrier (10) for sports balls (102) and similar articles that is mutually convertible between a backpack and a shoulder bag without the addition or subtraction of any element. The carrier (10) includes a primary bag (10) with an open inner volume (15) of sufficient size for retaining a sports ball (102). Upper central, lower central, first lateral, and second lateral coupling elements (40, 42, 44 and 46) are affixed to the exterior surface of the primary bag (12). A strap (50) with a first end (52) with a selectively disengageable first attaching mechanism (54), a second end (56) with a selectively disengageable second attaching mechanism (58), and a body portion (60) couples to the primary bag (12) at two or more of the coupling elements (40, 42, 44 or 46) depending on the form that the carrier (10) is to be used.
Abstract:
A bag (2) comprising a body portion (4) for receiving articles, a carrying portion (6) by which the bag (2) is carried, and a battery-powered warning light, the warning light being such that it is a strip of light (8) which is made of an electroluminescent material.
Abstract:
The shoulder strap assembly (10) includes a padded strap member (12) secured to a functional sub-assembly having a plurality of straps comprised of elastic material (14) and at least one strap of inelastic material (16). The elastic straps (14) may be of variable length thereby providing graduated resistance to reduce bouncing action over a range of loads. Additionally, the inelastic strap (16) is the load bearing strap included to provide primary support for the load when the elastic straps (14) have reached their maximum length.
Abstract:
The invention is intended for use with purses, pouches, bags, haversacks, document holders, etc., and is designed to hold the bag or holder and its contents securely in place during active movement, to distribute the weight of the bag over the body, and to effectively dampen heavier blows. The device has an elastic belt (D) which is fitted around the waist and a shoulder strap (A). There are fastenings along the belt at points (F and B). The bag attaches to the belt and to the strap and slides freely along the belt. The bag is placed most conveniently at the front of the body.
Abstract:
Bag carried on and held close to the body by means of a strap (1) passing over one shoulder, and by a belt device consisting of two bands (6) and (15). Said bag enables the usual personal objects to be carried without their moving, moving across the bag or sliding within it. It comprises a pocket (9) of variable volume, said volume being maintained according to the volume of the objects within the bag by two bands (7) and (8). Said bag is suitable for use by participants in sport during their sporting activities, and by anyone taking part in a similar activity.
