Abstract: A wireless device receives radio resource control (RRC) messages including configuration parameters of multicast transmissions. The configuration parameters indicate: common frequency resources (CFRs) comprising a number of resource blocks within a bandwidth part of a cell, a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI), and a value for a maximum multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) layer indication. The wireless device receives, via the CFRs and based on the RNTI, a group common downlink control information (DCI) indicating a multicast transmission of a transport block (TB). The multicast transmission of the TB is received with a number of MIMO layers equal to or less than the value.

Abstract: A wireless device receives parameters indicating: a first discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration associated with unicast transmissions, and a second DRX configuration associated with multicast transmissions. A power saving (PS) indication is received indicating a PS operation for a DRX-On duration. In response to the PS indication indicating the PS operation, the wireless device skips monitoring first physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) associated with the unicast transmissions in a first DRX-On duration of the first DRX configuration. Regardless of the PS indication, the wireless device monitors second PDCCHs associated with the multicast transmissions in a second DRX-On duration of the second DRX configuration.

Abstract: A wireless device receives parameters, of multicast transmissions, including: a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback indication associated with a semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configuration; and a second HARQ feedback indication associated with a dynamic scheduling. An indication of an activation of the SPS configuration is received. Based on the SPS configuration being activated, the first HARQ feedback indication is selected from the first HARQ feedback indication and the second HARQ feedback indication. Based on the first HARQ feedback indication indicating that a HARQ feedback is enabled, HARQ feedbacks for one or more transport blocks associated with the SPS configuration are transmitted.

Abstract: A wireless device, in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state or in an RRC idle state, initiates a small data transmission (SDT) procedure to transmit uplink data using a random access (RA) procedure. The wireless device transmits, based on the RA procedure being set to a two-step RA type, a message comprising a first preamble and the uplink data. The wireless device sets, based on a failure to receive a response to the message, the RA procedure to a four-step RA type. The wireless device cancels, based on the setting the RA procedure to the four-step RA type, the SDT procedure.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating common frequency resources of multicast and broadcast service (MBS) transmissions are configured within a bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. Based on the configuration parameters and via the BWP, the wireless device monitors a first number of PDCCH candidates for unicast transmissions, and monitors a second number of PDCCH candidates for the MBS transmissions, wherein a sum of the first number and the second number is less than or equal to a third number of PDCCH candidates indicated by a PDCCH monitoring capability of the wireless device.

Abstract: In an embodiment, a wireless device, having a first capability, receives at least one system information block including: a first parameter indicating a plurality of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) transmitted to the wireless device, configuration parameters indicating first random access resources dedicated to first wireless devices with the first capability, and at least one second parameter indicating whether an SSB of the plurality of SSBs is associated with the first random access resources. The wireless device selects, based on the wireless device having the first capability, the SSB from the plurality of SSBs. Then, the wireless device transmits a preamble using random access resources of the first random access resources.

Abstract: A wireless device is in a radio resource control non-connected state. The wireless device transmits, to a base station, first data associated with a small data transmission procedure and an RRC request message. While the wireless device is in the RRC non-connected state, the wireless device receives, from the base station, an indication of an uplink resource and transmits, via the uplink resource, second data associated with the SDT procedure. While the wireless device is in the RRC non-connected state, the wireless device receives, from the base station and after the transmitting the second data, an RRC release message.

Abstract: A wireless device receives configuration parameters indicating pathloss reference configurations of a first cell. Each pathloss reference configuration indicates a pathloss reference cell for a corresponding control resource set (coreset) group of coreset groups of the first cell. The wireless device receives, via a coreset of a coreset group, a command indicating a transmission of an uplink signal. The uplink signal is transmitted with a transmission power based on a first pathloss reference cell associated with the coreset group.
