A medical modesty garment is disclosed which allows easy access to and removal from a patient's body while providing improved patient modesty and privacy. The medical modesty garment may comprise a lower garment shaped like shorts, and/or an upper garment shaped like a tee shirt. The medical modesty garment of the invention may comprise perforations that may be torn to provide selective access to a patient's body or that may be torn to easily remove the garment from the patient.

Cover underpants composed of the body (12) which is slit at both sides (4) and (5) and (7) and (8) at which connectors (6) and (9) and connectors (10) and (11) which are connected by elastic band (1) and (2). Dressing underpants is executed without undressing other cloths in way to connects first one side and the other side around the waste. Undressing is executed in an opposite way, which enables to handicapped or invalid persons to dress or undress without any assistance of other people. These pants can be used by healthy persons as well in specific circumstances.
Abstract:
The invention related to a clothing upper part and a clothing lower part for people with restricted movement. The clothing upper part is vertically divided in the front middle thereof and both supports are divided horizontally. A closure element is provided on the edges of the divisions. The clothing lower part is designed in the form of trousers and comprises a back part and two side parts with ribbon sections connected to both sides and a front part only connected in the crotch region. The back part and front part and the ribbon sections have closure elements. The clothing lower part may only be fixed to the body of the person by connection of the ribbon sections provided on both sides of the back part and the whole clothing lower part may be closed by connecting the closure elements of the front part and the back part. According to the invention, people with restricted arm and/or leg movement do not as a rule require assistance dressing or undressing and can thus live independently at home longer. The invention provides such people with significant physical improvements including pain free putting on of clothes and furthermore, also psychological easement.

Contemplated padded undergarments are form-fitted and have a higher than normal ratio of waist circumference to leg circumference and include a padded area that covers substantially the entire contact area of buttocks and legs with a chair when a person wearing such undergarment is sitting on the chair. Such undergarments are particularly advantageous to provide symptomatic relief for a person diagnosed with HIV infection, a neoplastic disease, chronic diabetes, and/or advanced age, which is typically accompanied by lipoatrophy, lipodystrophy, and/or sarcopenia.

The brief is revesible to locate the rear pocket on the abdomen to apply heat or cold thereto. The rear or front portion of the brief can inlude a sanitary pad to be used with the hot or cold packs.
