摘要： Techniques for minimizing data flow from a first computing infrastructure hosting an email service platform to a second computing infrastructure at least partly hosting an email security platform that provides security analysis on emails of the email service. The email security platform may extract metadata from emails received at the first computing infrastructure, and send that metadata to the second computing infrastructure that is hosting a back end of the email service platform. The metadata extracted from the emails may include less confidential contained in an email, but enough information for the email security platform to determine whether an email is potentially malicious. Thus, the security analysis performed on emails to detect malicious attacks may be offloaded to the second computing infrastructure, but the metadata that leaves the first computing infrastructure and flows to the second computing infrastructure may be minimized by extracting meaningful metadata.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a method and system for transmitting third-party application information in a message exchange application. The method includes the following steps: invocating an input method in a message exchange client on a first computing device; after a user activates an interface module of a third-party application in the input method, detecting whether an account associated with the user is an account authenticated by a server of the third-party application, and receiving account exchange data from the user in the interface module if the account is authenticated; and sending structured character string corresponding to the account exchange data to a second message exchange client at a second computing device, the structured character string being configured to be selectable by a second user at the second message exchange client to be sent to the server. According to the method, information exchange among different user accounts in a third-party application can be indirectly carried out through a message exchange session without launching or invocating a third-party application client on a computing device.

An automated agent of the multi-domain chatbot may act as an intermediary between the user and a plurality of domain-specific modules of the multi-domain chatbot. The automated agent may receive the message from the user, determine an intent of the message, and based on the intent, determine a group of the domain-specific modules that should be investigated. The automated agent may then investigate the group of domain-specific modules by sending the user message to and receiving responses from the domain-specific modules within the group. Based on the received responses, the automated agent may determine whether to provide, to the user, one of the domain-specific responses or a null response, in the event that none of the domain-specific responses is aligned with the intent of the message.
