Abstract: An example of an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a build material transport path to transport a build material with air flow. The apparatus includes a humidifying element to receive the air flow and to add moisture to the air flow. The apparatus includes an inlet to introduce ambient air into the build material transport path to decrease moisture content in the air flow. The apparatus includes a valve to connect the humidifying element and the inlet to the build material transport path. The valve is to adjust an amount of ambient air introduced into the build material transport path. The apparatus includes a sensor to detect the moisture content in the air flow and to generate a signal to indicate the moisture content. The apparatus includes a processor to receive the signal to control the valve to maintain a moisture content in the air flow.

Abstract: An example three-dimensional printer includes a humidity source, a build material reservoir, a conduit between the humidity source and the build material reservoir, an air source to transfer air from the humidity source through the conduit towards the build material reservoir, and a valve assembly connected to the conduit to control a flow of the air in the conduit while the printer enters an inactive mode of operation. The air source is to remain in an active mode of operation. The air source is controlled to transmit the air in the conduit until the air in the conduit adjacent to the build material reservoir reaches a temperature and relative humidity threshold.

Abstract: A system for manufacturing three dimensional objects can include logic to detect, for at least one vessel, a moisture content level corresponding to a build material residing in the at least one vessel. The logic can also adjust a humidity level and a temperature of a gas and a conditioning agent applied to the at least one vessel, wherein the humidity level and the temperature are based on the moisture content level and a temperature of the build material residing in the at least one vessel. Additionally, the logic can initialize manufacturing a three dimensional object with the build material from the at least one vessel in response to detecting the moisture content level of the build material residing in the at least one vessel is within a predetermined range.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a memory on which is stored machine readable instructions executable by the processor to: identify a slice height for direct slicing of a Non-Uniform Rational B-Spline (NURBS) model formed of surfaces by slicing planes. The instructions may cause the processor to slice the NURBS model to produce slices having the identified slice height and to adaptively subdivide surfaces of the NURBS model whose bounding boxes respectively intersect at least one of the slicing planes until the bounding boxes meet a predefined criterion. In addition, for each of the generated bounding boxes which meet the predefined criterion, the instructions may further cause the processor to determine sample points of the surface with which the bounding box corresponds and to store the sample points of the surfaces for printing.

In a system provided, a number of vessels for build material are included, wherein each vessel includes a feeder coupled to a conveying system. The conveying system conveys and blends build material from the vessels. A controller is configured to adjust a composition of the build material by adjusting an amount of material added from each of the vessels by controlling the feeder on each of the vessels.
