Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cap for a cosmetic container and a cosmetic container having the same. The present invention provides a cap for a cosmetic container, wherein a puff is integrally coupled to the cap. At this time, the puff includes an air bag coupled to a cap body, and a puff body covering the air bag. Also, the present invention provides a cosmetic container including a container body for receiving a cosmetic therein and a cap detachably coupled to the container body, wherein a puff is integrally coupled to the cap. At this time, the container body has an outer container and an inner container received in the outer container, wherein an elastic means is installed between the outer container and the inner container so that the inner container is elastically moved upward and downward. According to the present invention, since the puff is integrally coupled to the cap, the puff may be used conveniently and has no possibility of loss. In addition, the container body has the outer container and the inner container, and the inner container in which a cosmetic is received can be moved elastically moved upward and downward, and so it is easy to stick and apply the cosmetic.
Abstract:
A multi-stable magnetic article has plates which are generally juxtaposed and independently transformable in respective parallel planes between a stable closed orientation and a plurality of stable open orientations. The article is useful as a small cosmetic case containing a plurality of cosmetics on a single plate, all cosmetics being covered in the stable closed orientation and a selected one or more cosmetics being exposed in each of the stable open orientations.
Abstract:
A cosmetic package is provided wherein the cover (128) and container base (124) are packaged in such a way as to allow a view of the product shade in the base (124) at point of purchase.
Abstract:
A method of preventing undesired skin conditions beneath a woman's breasts includes applying antiperspirant directly to the woman's skin beneath her breasts. The antiperspirant can be in gel form or in powder form or the like.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a case, and more specifically, to a case including a main body (1) and a cover (2) for opening and closing the main body (1). The case of the present invention further comprises an engaging means for allowing a plurality of separate receiving frames (30) to be separately and detachably mounted into a partitioned receiving space (1a) formed in an inner surface of the main body (1), wherein each of the receiving frames includes a containing space (32) in which powder or gel contents can be contained.
Abstract:
A hinge structure for a container (1) comprising first hinge pieces (4) projected from the rear end of a container main body (2) of synthetic resin and drilled with first shaft holes (5), a second hinge piece (6) projected from the rear end of a cover (3) of synthetic resin for opening/closing the container main body (2) and drilled with second shaft holes (7), hinge shafts (8) of synthetic resin inserted in the first shaft holes (5) and second shaft holes (7) to openably/closably turnably connect the container main body (2) to the cover (3), wherein short cylindrical fitting raised portions (9) aligned with center axis of the first shaft holes (5) are projected from the end surfaces of the first hinge pieces (4) abutting against the second hinge piece (6), and the end surfaces of the second hinge piece (6) abutting against the first hinge pieces (4) are provided with U−shaped fitting recesses (10) that open to the front end of the cover (3) and whose center of curvature coincides with the center of the second shaft holes (7) and having a curved portion whose radius of curvature is equal to that of the fitting raised portions (9), so that an external forced applied to the cover (3) is received by the fitting raised portions (9) to prevent a shearing force from acting on the hinge shafts (8) so as to protect the hinge shafts (8) from damage.
Abstract:
An air tight container, comprising a sealing mechanism (17, 17a) wherein upper seal surfaces (11, 11a) and lower seal surfaces (12, 12a) displaced in the vertical direction of a container body are formed on the inward peripheral wall surfaces (9, 9a) and the outward peripheral wall surfaces (10, 10a) of an annular seal groove formed integrally with the container body (3), upper seal parts (15, 15a) and lower seal parts (16, 16a) are formed on the upper parts (13, 13a) and the lower parts (14, 14a) of an annular seal projection formed integrally with a cover body (6), the upper parts of the annular seal projection are formed in high rigid parts to allow the upper seal parts to come into slidable contact with the upper seal surfaces, and the lower parts of the annular seal projection are flexibly and deformably formed in low rigid parts to allow the lower seal parts to pressingly come into elastic contact with the lower seal surfaces.
Abstract:
A cosmetic jar, and storage device (10) (50) comprises a substantially cylindrical body having a first recess (19) (53) for holding cosmetic, and a second recess (20) (54) for holding an applicator (33, 65). The recesses (19) (20) (53) (54) are separated by a transverse member (13) (55) into individual compartments (19) (20) (53) (54). A pin hinged base (12) (42) maintains the applicator (33) (65) in the lower compartment (20) (54). The base (12) (42) may be swung completely open to facilitate viewing with an internally mounted mirror (29) (64). The base (12) (42), in alternate embodiments, the cap (11) (51) are hinged on one side of the device (10) (50) while a recessed portion (58) (59) on the other side facilitates opening of the force fit base (12) (42), and cap (11) (51).
Abstract:
A cosmetic powder container and insert which allows the consumer the option of either dispensing the powder through a sifter, or through an opening of sufficient diameter to accommodate a brush without the consumer having to remove and discard the insert itself. The insert generally comprises a base having an aperture, and a panel having a plurality of perforations. The panel is pivotally attached to the base by a hinge. The panel is capable of occupying a first open position and a second closed position. In the first open position, the panel is pivoted to a position where the aperture of the base is exposed and a brush can be used to apply the loose powder. In the second closed position, the panel covers the aperture and allows the sifter to be used to sprinkle the powder through the perforations.
