Abstract: A dish washing and drying device, comprising a washing tank (2) for storing a basket having dishes placed therein, a feed water route for feeding water or hot water for washing or rinsing into the washing tank (2) by the operation of a feed water valve, a circulating route for injecting feed water in the washing tank from a nozzle to the dishes, and a control circuit (12) for controlling a washing step and a rinsing step, wherein a hard water generating tank (23) is disposed therein, and the washing step is performed by using hard water as the feed water in the washing step.
