Abstract:
A generally longitudinal moulded panel element (12) for use in a partition wall system including generally planar front and rear formed finished surfaces (14, 16) and connecting means (18) defined on opposed longitudinal edges (20) intermediate the formed finished surfaces. The panel element is also predominantly formed from a homogeneous mix material.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a simple, economical and time-saving method for the sure and neat assembly of stabile room enclosures in new buildings and carcases or for the supplementary installation thereof in finished rooms. The invention also relates to the room enclosures produced thereby. According to the invention, universal reinforcing and connecting elements are used in a load bearing or non-load bearing manner which can be easily adapted to the most varied reinforcing or connecting purposes so that only a few different structural parts are required for assembling the room enclosure. In particular, the aim of the invention is to provide different room enclosures, e.g. with prefabricated ducts, in a diverse manner which preserves the functionality of the room enclosures.
Abstract:
A portable divider wall (1) including a wall member (2) of a lightweight foam material and two foot supports or feet (3) located along a bottom portion of the wall member (2) for supporting the wall member (2) in an upright position. The foot supports (3) each include a recess (16) in which the bottom portion of the wall member (2) is disposed, and a projection (23) which projects into the interior of the wall member to removably secure the foot (3) to support the wall member (2).
Abstract:
A wall for service corridors in clean rooms comprises vertical studs to which wall panels (12) are mounted. Each stud includes a beam (10) on which the wall panel bears, and a fastening strip (14) extending parallel to the beam and fixed thereto with fastening means against the side of the wall panel facing away from the beam for fastening the panel to the beam. Alternatively, at least one side of the wall panel is covered by a metal sheet (50, 52) fastened to it which sheet extends beyond the edge of the panel. The edge of the panel is positioned adjacent a side of the beam (10) and the extension of the sheet is fastened to the beam with fastening means (54).
Abstract:
Building system (60) for the coating and the partitioning of a room having at least a ceiling surface (105) and a floor surface (35) with walls and/or ceiling surfaces based on panel elements and connected to profiled supports (36, 37, 38) and arranged on the ceiling and floor surfaces, and of which the lateral edges are provided with connection profiles that can be joined to the connection profiles of the panel-like neighbouring element so as to reinforce the wall or the ceiling. The vertical wall elements bear on a foot profile comprised of one or a plurality of profiled parts. Each of the supports (36, 37, 38) which are arranged on the floor side and which have the shape of a foot profile is horizontally orientated on the floor surface (35) and secured to the latter by means of retainer members. On a long side edge of each wall element there is formed a U-shaped connection profile and connected thereto on one side. To the connection profile, it is possible to fix a hooking profile formed on the other wall element to be connected. On the terminal edges of the wall elements which are on the ceiling side, assembly profiles are arranged for the wall elements intended to form the ceiling.
