    摘要: The present invention relates to a process for preparing an aluminosilicate zeolite having AFT framework structure, which includes (1) providing a synthesis mixture comprising (A) a source for Al2O3, (B) a source for SiO2, (C1) a source for first organic structure directing agent comprising a N, N, N, N', N', N'-hexaethyl alkylenediammonium cation, and optionally a source for second organic structure directing agent comprising a cation selected from (C2-i) quaternary ammonium cations of formula (I), (C2-ii) piperidinium cations of formula (II), and (C2-iii) pyrrolidinium cations of formula (III), and (2) subjecting the synthesis mixture to crystallization conditions to form an AFT zeolite, wherein the formula (I), (II) and (III) are as defined in the description and claims. The present invention also relates to an SCR catalyst composition comprising an aluminosilicate zeolite having AFT framework structure and a promoter metal, and use of the aluminosilicate zeolite for selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a SCR catalytic article, comprising -a substrate and -a copper-containing small pore zeolite, having a crystal structure characterized by a decrease of unit cell volume upon sulfurization and desulfurization of less than Å3 as determined by an X-ray powder diffraction, wherein the sulfurization and desulfurization are carried out in accordance with the processes as described in the specification, and to an exhaust treatment system comprising the same. The present invention also relates to a method for determining whether a metal-promoted small pore zeolite is resistant to irreversible sulfur poisoning and a method for evaluating whether a metal-promoted small pore zeolite is qualified for resistance to irreversible sulfur poisoning.
