    Abstract: Various example embodiments relate to a solution for wireless communication. A first network device may obtain state data defining at least one parameter associated with a user device for which a resource configuration associated with a resource is to be applied.     Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of contention resolution for the NTN. The method comprises determining whether an event has occurred, the event comprising a transmission of a message associated with a random access procedure has been performed after a previous transmission of the message, or an uplink grant associated with the message has been received after the previous transmission; and determining a contention resolution failure based on the determination on the event when a timer for monitoring a downlink control channel between a second device and the first device is expired. In this way, the issue of false declaration of contention resolution failure upon contention resolution timer expiry can be solved and the network blind scheduling for MSG3 retransmission can be achieved.

    Abstract: The present discloses a device, method, apparatus and computer readable storage medium of scheduling request (SR) and random access (RA) triggering for small data transmission (SDT). In example embodiments, a terminal device receives, from a network device, a configuration of one or more configured grant (CG) resources for a SDT procedure and a list of one or more data radio bearers (DRBs) associated with respective logical channels (LCHs) allowed for SDT over at least one of the one or more CG resources. After the terminal device initiates the SDT procedure in an inactive mode, if the terminal determines that a buffer status report (BSR) is triggered, the terminal device determines whether a configuration of a SR mask is to be applied for a LCH configured for SDT.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to device, method, apparatus and computer readable storage media of HARQ process selection. The method comprises: in processing a first configured grant, CG, resource, evaluating, at a first device, whether at least one Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request process, HARQ, process allowed on the first CG resource has been de-prioritized on at least one second CG resource preceding the first CG resource; selecting, based on a result of the evaluation and from a group of candidate rules, a HARQ process selection rule for the first CG resource; and determining, based on the selected HARQ process selection rule, a target HARQ process for the first CG resource. The enhanced HARQ process selection mechanism is adapted for de-prioritized retransmission. In processing CG resources, the UE can select the HARQ process ID not only based on data priority, but also taking the de-prioritization of data retransmission into consideration.
