Abstract:
Present invention relates to an ink jet printing method implemented in a computer system comprising the steps of providing an ensemble of dots to be printed, running through the ensemble of the dots to be printed, deleting, for each dot of the ensemble of the dots, all the neighbouring dots whose distance is less than at least one predetermined value (Dmin) and keep non deleted dots as remaining dots, assigning the remaining dots to a certain layer corresponding to the run, removing the remaining dots from the ensemble of the dots, and starting again at the running step for a further run if there are further dots in the ensemble of the dots or stop so as to have all dots assigned to printing layers corresponding to the number of runs done.
Abstract:
Present invention discloses an image processing method suitable for a printer unit, comprising an error diffusion halftoning process (230) arranged for quantizing and diffusing each pixel of an image including a set of subtractive primary colours (C, M', Y'), in an image including a quantized printer image including a set of ink drops (Dc, DM, Dγ, Dc, Dm) of respective ink channels to be printed. The method comprises the step of determining (220), for each pixel, an input variable value (S) representing a measure of solvent quantity that should be ejected by the printer unit for each pixel, the input variable value being computed on the basis of the value of a corresponding pixel of the image including the set of subtractive primary colours (C, M', Y'), and of inputting (225) the determined input variable value (S) in the error diffusion halftoning process (230) together with the values of the corresponding pixel. The invention further relates to the apparatus embodying the method.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a plant for manufacturing parts made of composite material, in particular sections for an aircraft fuselage, comprising at least a compaction station in which, in operation, there are provided a mandrel (20) coated of composite material to be compacted and transport means (30, 35, 36) arranged to transport at least one compaction device (37) on said composite material. The transport means (30, 36, 35) is associated with at least one sling (35) having at least one strip of porous material that, in operation, is in direct contact with the compaction device (37), and said sling is configured to transport the compaction device (37) onto said composite material (21) through application of a vacuum source (54a) at least to the strip of porous material (57). The invention also concerns a method of and an apparatus for manufacturing parts made of composite material.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an ink jet printing method with n-shingling implemented in a printer or a computer system comprising the steps of : 1) - printing a layer of an image or text on a media with each carriage pass (A and B), displaced by a -full swath height; 2) - moving back the media to a position shifted by 1/n in respect of the first carriage pass (A) of the previous step; 3) - printing a further layer (A' and B'), with each carriage pass (A' and B1), displaced by a full swath height and repeating steps 2) and 3) until the image or text is printed with n-shingling on the media.
Abstract:
A flooring element (1) according to the invention comprises: a) a panel element (2); b) second fastening means (64, 604); c) first fastening means (44, 404). The first fastening means include a coupling groove (44) extending in a first assembling direction (X). The second fastening means (64, 604) are arranged to fasten together the second fastening side (6) of the flooring element (1) and a fastening side of another similar flooring element of the modular floor, thereby preventing relative displacement of the two flooring elements at least in the first assembling direction (X). This enables building modular floors which are considerably resistant to tangential stresses applied to the walking plane in all directions parallel to the walking plane itself. According to the present invention, modular floors for gyms, sports courts and exhibition stands can therefore be built.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for managing users of a gym facility. The method comprises the steps of: analysing a population of users or possible users of a gym facility by means of statistical tools in order to detect desires of attaining mean term objectives, or "ASPIRATIONS", of the population being analysed; determining, by means of statistical tools, a limited number of ASPIRATIONS present in the population being analysed; subdividing the population being analysed, by means of statistical tools, into homogeneous groups each belonging to a given ASPIRATION included in a limited number of ASPIRATIONS; and assigning a user to at least one of the homogeneous groups based on responses to a closed-response questionnaire. The invention also relates to a system for managing users of a gym facility and to an information technology product for managing a gym facility and the users of a gym facility.
