Abstract: A system for applying a layer of foam comprises a first fluid supply supplying a first stream of a first fluid in a first supply line, a first flow divider splitting said first stream into primary and secondary streams, a second fluid supply supplying a second fluid in a second supply line, a second flow divider splitting said second stream into primary and secondary streams, a first mix head combining the primary stream of the first fluid with the primary stream of the second fluid, and a second mix head combining the secondary stream of the first fluid with the secondary stream of the second fluid.

Abstract: A system for filling a gap between jacket ends (31, 33) at a joint (34) between two lengths of jacketed pipe (30) is disclosed, comprising: a mold (10) and two pairs of side straps (40, 42, 50, 52) encircling the mold. The mold comprises a sheet of material having first and second ends (12, 14) and opposing side edges (16, 18), the sheet including a pair of slots (20, 22) cut into the side edges at a predetermined distance from the second end (14) and defining a flap (24). One pair of straps (40, 42) encircles the mold but passes under the flap through the slots. The second pair of straps (50, 52) encircles the mold and passes over the flap. The mold is positioned around a pipe joint so as to define an annular gap (36) and an infill material is placed in the gap.
