摘要: A method, system and computer program product for divided processing in providing object detection focus is disclosed. The system includes a first video analytics determinator configured to provide, by infrequent employment thereof within the system, a partial object detection focus in first information that informs as to where moving objects are likely and unlikely to appear within video frames in respect of video. The system also includes a second video analytics determinator configured to: informatively employ the first information to determine a refined object detection focus; and provide the refined tracking and/or object detection focus in second information.

摘要: A method and system for profiling a reference image and an object-of-interest therewithin is disclosed. The method includes storing semantic metadata that provides semantic information about environments for respective areas covered by respective Fields Of View (FOVs) of video cameras. The method also includes comparing the semantic metadata to additional metadata corresponding to at least one of an object accessory and a non-permanent object facet to identify a subset of the video cameras, less than an entire video camera universe, that meet a similarity score condition.

摘要: A process of requesting and providing an anonymization service for sharing images or videos capturing identity of persons. An anonymization server receives a request including information corresponding to an identifier identifying the image or the video, a region within the image or video in which an identity of a person is captured, an encryption key used to encrypt the region of the image or the video, and contact information of the person. When the anonymization server receives a request from the second agency to share an encryption key for decrypting the region, the server transmits a request to the person to provide a permission to deanonymize the identity of the person captured in the image or video. The anonymization server transmits a response including the encryption key to the second agency when a response indicating a permission is received from the person

摘要: A method for routing civilian calls to a public-safety officer is provided herein. During operation, a call processor receives a civilian call having a source identifier number identifying a source of the call and a target identifier number identifying a target of the call. A public-safety officer is determined that is the target of the call and a public-safety officer status database is accessed to determine a current status of the public-safety officer. When the officer is able to take the call, the call is routed directly to the officer. When the officer is unable to take the call, the officer status database is accessed, and a best available officer to take the call is determined. The call is then routed to the best available officer that is able to take the call.

摘要: Monitoring system (100) and method (400) for identifying object of interest after the object of interest has undergone a change in appearance. The method (400) includes detecting an appearance of a first object of interest in a first zone (330) and determining whether the first object of interest has appeared in a second zone (330) adjacent the first zone (330) within a predetermined time. When the first object of interest has not appeared in the second zone (330) within the predetermined time, the method (400) includes adding the first object of interest to a disappearance database (300) and detecting an unexplained appearance of a second object of interest in a third zone (330) of the plurality of zones (330). When an unexplained appearance of the second object of interest is detected, the method (400) includes adding the second object of interest to a suspect database (310), and generating a notification for a first responder regarding the second object of interest.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR AUGMENTING IMAGES OF AN INCIDENT SCENE WITH OBJECT DESCRIPTION

摘要: A process of augmenting images of incident scenes with object descriptions retrieved from an audio stream. In operation, an electronic computing device detects an object of interest in an image captured corresponding to an incident scene and identifies an audio stream linked to an incident identifier of an incident that occurred at the incident scene. The electronic computing device then determines whether the audio stream contains an audio description of the detected object of interest. When it is determined that the audio stream contains the audio description of the detected object of interest, the electronic computing device generates a visual or audio prompt corresponding to the audio description of the detected object of interest and plays back the visual or audio prompt via a corresponding display or audio-output component communicatively coupled to the electronic computing device.

摘要: One example cloud-based electronic computing device (120) includes and electronic processor (405) and communicates over a wireless communication network with a User Equipment (UE) device (105). The electronic processor (405) receives public safety incident information about a public safety incident from a public safety command center (125). The electronic processor (405) receives metadata representing first gathered data from a location of the public safety incident from the UE device (105). The electronic processor (405) may determine, based on the public safety incident information and the metadata, whether to process the first gathered data by a first UE device (105) at the location of the public safety incident or by the electronic processor (405) of the cloud-based electronic computing device (120).

摘要: One embodiment provides an access control system (200) including access control sensors (120) to detect actions performed in a vicinity of an access point (100), a verification sensor (130) to verify access of the access point (100), and an electronic processor (210) communicatively coupled to the access control sensors (120) and the verification sensor (130). The electronic processor (210) is configured to in response to an access intent model (280) satisfying an accuracy condition, deploy the access intent model (280) for the access point (100) and receive a dataset indicating an action performed in the vicinity of the access point (100). The electronic processor (210) is also configured to predict an access intent to access the access point (100) by applying the access intent model (280) to the dataset and enable access through the access point (100). The electronic processor (210) is further configured to receive verification data indicating whether the access point (100) is accessed, and automatically assign a label to the dataset based on the verification data.
