Abstract: A liquid repellent composition excellent in liquid repellency and endurance; and articles having liquid-repellent films made from the composition. A liquid repellent composition, characterized by comprising a copolymer (I) comprising 65 to 95% by mass ([a 1 ]) of constituent units (a) and 1 to 30% by mass of constituent units (b) and a copolymer (II) comprising 25 to 80% by mass ([a 2 ]) of constituent units (a) and 1 to 50% by mass of constituent units (c) at a (I)/(II) mass ratio of 10/90 to 95/5 and by satisfying the relationship: [a 1 ] - [a 2 ] > 10 (% by mass): constituent units (a): units having polyfluoroalkyl of 6 or fewer carbon atoms constituent units (b): units having hydrocarbon groups of 14 or more carbon atoms, and constituent unit (c): units having crosslinkable functional groups.

Abstract: 　環境に対する負荷が小さく、選択的かつ収率よく、高純度の含フッ素有機化合物を得る新規な製造方法を提供する。 　下記化合物（１）を液相中でフッ素と反応させることによってフッ素化し、下記化合物（２）を得る。さらに下記化合物（２）を液相フッ素化法における液相またはフッ素化原料の希釈剤として用いる。 　Ｃ ｋ Ｃｌ ｍ Ｘ ｎ ・・・（１） 　Ｃ ｋ Ｃｌ ｍ Ｆ ｎ ・・・（２） 　ただし、ｋは３～８の整数、ｍは１～５の整数、ｎはｍ＋ｎ＝２ｋ＋２となる整数である。Ｘは水素原子またはフッ素原子であり、少なくとも１つは水素原子である。化合物（２）は、ＣＦ 2 Ｃｌ−ＣＦＣｌ−ＣＦＣｌ−ＣＦ 2 Ｃｌ、ＣＦ 2 Ｃｌ−ＣＦＣｌ−ＣＦ 2 Ｃｌ等である。
