Abstract: A package (5) is disclosed for holding a powdered material. The package (5) comprises a container (10) and a scoop (50). The container (10) comprises a main body (20), a first hinged closure (30), and a second hinged closure (40). The main body (20) may optionally comprise a collar (325). The first hinged closure (30) is configured to fully cover and resealably close the main body (20) of the container (10) when the container (10) is not in use. The first hinged closure (30) may comprise a pocket (33) to receive the bowl (52) of the scoop (50). Alternatively, the second hinged closure (40) may comprise a scoop receiving structure (344) to secure a scoop (50). The second hinged closure (40) covers at least a portion of the first hinged closure (30) when the container (10) is not in use, thereby keeping the scoop (50) clean between uses.

Abstract: An apparatus includes a bottle, a cap, and a tamper evident film. The bottle forms an opening having a lip that extends circumferentially around the opening. The cap is able to cover and seal the opening. The cap has a top with an outer surface, an inner surface, and a side wall. The outer surface and the side wall define a recessed region of the cap. The tamper evident film includes a perforated tear strip. The perforated tear strip is positioned to overlap a portion of the recessed region. The cap may also include a combination of micro knurls and/or micro knurls along the side wall of the cap. The lip may have a beveled profile able to interface with a gasket on the underside of the cap.

Abstract: A container for holding granular or powdered material. The container includes walls, a collar, a lid and a latch. The walls define an interior space and an upper portion, the upper portion defining a sealing flange and an opening to the interior space. The collar is attached to the upper portion. The lid is attached to the collar for positioning between an open position and a closed position, and adapted to cover the opening while in the closed position. The latch is attached to an outer surface of the lid. The latch may have an actuator rotatable in two directions relative to the lid and detachably engaged to a catch which protrudes from an outside surface of the collar.
