    Abstract: The present invention is an underwater communication device (10) for realizing underwater optical communication. The improvement is that a larynx microphone (100) is provided having a sensor (120) which generates sound signal according to the vibration being subjected to and a connection element (130) which provides connection of said sensor (120) to the larynx of the user; a light emitter (410) is provided; a control unit (300) is provided configured to receive the sound signal generated by said larynx microphone (100) and to provide the light emitter (410) to emit light in a manner describing said sound signal; a light sensor (420) is provided which is arranged to generate signal according to the light falling thereon and an earphone (200) is provided having a loudspeaker (210); and the control unit (300) is configured to output the signal, received from the light sensor (420), as sound output from the loudspeaker (210).
