Abstract: A splint is disclosed for supporting the hand, wrist and finger during a time when the patient is undergoing Intravenous medication incorporating a perforated molded body replicating the contours of the palm where it is attached by means of a plurality of built-in straps with fabric fasteners(e.g. Velcro) sewn alternately on both ends and fitted against each other for proper tightness, thus immobilizing the wrist in the process. This solves the common problems of bulging, blistering, backflow, accidental dislodges of needle and uneven flow rate of fluid generally encountered in the administration of the Dextrose medication.
